We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!

We loved our stay at the Sapphire House! The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We also loved the location as it is was centrally located in Antwerp, yet on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tom和Karen是最好的房東，熱情、專業、大方、體貼。我們要求住宿期間無需打掃房間，之後每天門口都會自動出現兩瓶水，這是連大部分五星級酒店都做不到的周到服務。一百多年歷史的老房子，被整修得非常漂亮，設備現代齊全，床很好睡。木地板會有點噪音，對我們影響不大，房東在床頭也細緻地準備了耳塞。位置太好了，離火車站不到兩公里，行李不多的話可以走到。到主要景點、幾個美術館、博物館都能走着去，門口就是一個車站。周圍能逛的地方太多，住一週都逛不完。皇家美術館的餐廳Madonna好看又好吃，MAS博物館樓頂的米三餐廳很容易訂。動物園非常值得去，餐廳環境特別好。
