Had a wonderful stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Premier. The location is perfect as its just a short walk from Nagoya Station via the underground link, which was a lifesaver with luggage. Our room was on a high floor with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Modern, clean, and highly recommended!

Great view of the train station and extremely conveinent to get to as it is only few metres away from the station. Room was clean and tidy and even had free drink coupon.

Beware: Room 908 has broken AC! Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price. What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

The hotel is strategically located, directly connected to the express rail from the airport so it is very convenient. There are big department stores nearby and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. Room is big with full amenities. Service very nice. One of our luggage was delayed & it was delivered to our hotel the next day. When we asked for the luggage the next day, we were immediately led to the concierge & retrieving the luggage was effortless!

It’s about a 17‑minute walk from the JR station, so it can be a bit tough if you’re carrying large luggage. The hotel has a stylish, modern look, and the breakfast is great. You can choose from four options, and they can adjust ingredients a bit for guests with allergies. There are quite a few visitors from Hong Kong and Taiwan, and most of the staff can speak Chinese. However, I wouldn’t recommend speaking Chinese to them; the service tends to be better when you use English, like the Western guests do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Convenient and Comfortable Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu Airport Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu Airport is an excellent choice for travelers flying in or out of Nagoya. The hotel is located very close to the airport — less than a 10-minute walk from Terminal 1 — making it extremely convenient. The location is well supported with a shuttle bus to and from the hotel, which adds extra comfort and ease, especially with luggage. The room was very spacious, cosy, and well designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the experience. Overall, a highly convenient airport hotel with excellent service. Strongly recommended and worthy of a 5-star rating.

蒲郡の平野屋さん、ほんとに良かったです！お部屋は子供がいるということで、グレードアップして下さいました！朝夕はビュッフェ式！夕食は前日に追加したのでビュッフェじゃないのを想像してました笑 ちゃんと何のメニューか聞けばよかった笑 お風呂も気持ちよくて、子連れでもゆっくりできました。 洞窟風呂オススメです(^^) まだ言葉のアトリエにある「時手紙」は、未来の自分に手紙を送る体験！なかなかない体験で、忘れた頃に、未来の自分ひ届くのは楽しみです！！ またスタッフさんも親切で、また行きたいって思えるお宿でした♪ありがとうございました！

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.

在龍宮酒店的入住體驗實在太棒了！ 首先，酒店的位置非常優越，露天温泉可以一覽大海美景，無論是清晨的朝霞還是傍晚的夕陽，都美得令人屏息。一邊泡湯一邊欣賞海景，簡直就是非日常的極致享受。 房間乾淨整潔、寬敞舒適，日式現代風格讓人感到寧靜放鬆。窗外就是海景，待在房間裏就像在度假天堂，根本不想出門。 晚餐是傳統的懷石料理，每一道菜都精緻講究，使用了大量當地的新鮮食材，既美味又賞心悦目。特別是生魚片和烤物，令人驚艷，非常滿足。 工作人員也非常親切熱情，從辦理入住到退房，始終感受到他們貼心的服務。細緻入微的接待令人非常感動。 這是一家讓人一定會想再來一次的温泉酒店，也非常值得向朋友和家人推薦！

Location is out of the way, but the service, room, and staff are all exceptional. Very spacious. There's a dining area right when you walk in that has events like live music, but make sure to reserve ahead of time (I didn't and I'm kicking myself for that).
