Dakka (il), Bangladeş İçindeki 4 Yıldız Oteller

Burada ikinci kalışım. Bu seferki deneyimim bir öncekinden daha iyiydi. Güler yüzlü otel personeli ve profesyonel resepsiyon. Karşılama hizmeti harikaydı. Giriş işlemleri kolaydı. Oda iyiydi ve tuvalet temizdi. Ancak duş alırken daha iyi bir his sağlamak için duş odası tavan parçalarını biraz daha düzgün yerleştirebilirlerdi. Restoran yemekleri lezzetliydi.

White palace otelinde harika bir hizmet, arkadaşım bana bu oteli önerdi ve oda, yemek ve ulaşım hizmetinden memnunum. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği lezzetliydi. Güvenlik sistemi de mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle Uttara'da kaliteli bir otel.

Hotel is very flexible who give me late check out to catch my evening flight. I chose this hotel because it is near airport. Recently, Bangladesh is having protest so it is important for visitors to stay at a safe place and close to airport. This hotel is a good choice for us!

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Uçuşunuzdan önce bir gece konaklamak için harika bir konum. Taksiyle havalimanına ulaşmak 5-7 dakika sürüyor, bu da çok pratik. Yatak yumuşak, oda temiz ve sıcak su konusunda hiçbir sorun yok. Komşu otelde bir ATM var. Lobideki kafe 24 saat açık ve siparişinizi hiçbir ek ücret ödemeden doğrudan odanıza getirebiliyorlar. Asansör mevcut.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

negotiated hard for few hours extended checkout with the duty manager. booked massage for 1.5 hours, the lady asked to go to the shower before 20 minutes. not a good experience. but they still charge me for 1.5 hours.

Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

hotel is good, people are nice, just during peak hpurs the traffic is very jammed

很不錯，住的位置在使館區，安全，安靜，衞生，適合出差，價格也還不錯，早餐豐富，晚餐可以點的東西也很多，推薦，推薦，下次來還是住這裏。
