On the evening of *June 4, 2025*, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in room 2203, which was not cooling properly. After contacting the front desk, a maintenance staff member arrived within approximately 10 minutes to inspect the system and confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the air outlet. Following this, we called the front desk again to report the situation, and the duty manager responded swiftly and professionally by arranging for us to move to room 1603. As it was already close to midnight, we regret that we did not have the chance to note the names of the manager, front desk staff, and maintenance technician who assisted us. We would be truly grateful if the hotel could help convey our sincere appreciation to the team members involved. Their efficiency and courtesy made a strong impression and turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a positive experience.

Liting'in konumu çok uygun ve Fisherman's Wharf'a ⛵️ yakın, bu da check-in yapmayı seven arkadaşlar için uygun. Odalar yeterli renkli aydınlatmaya sahip ve ortam rahat. Wow! The moment we stepped into our newly renovated room at Hotel Central, we were truly impressed. Even before that, the check-in experience set the tone — the registration counter staff were extremely friendly and spoke with such gentle warmth. With its fresh renovation, cozy atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality, Hotel Central will definitely be our first choice when we visit Macau again. Its perfect location made it easy for us to enjoy local delicacies like the delicious Zhu Pa Bao at Sing Lei Cha Chaan Teng, the famous steamed milk at Yee Shun Milk Company, and roasted chicken, duck, and char siew at Hou Keng Fan Tim. We also loved savoring authentic Portuguese dishes at Café de Novo Tomato, and the hotel is just a short walk to the iconic Da San Ba.

Nice hotel, spacious and walking distance to bus terminal. Walking distance also going to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul.

I stayed for one night. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near Jockey Club LRT station, with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby.

The location was very good, they provide shuttle bus service to some location, very nice hotel and located close to the five star ⭐️ hotel, I’m very excited 😆

I am very happy with my stay at the Golden Crown China Hotel. Highly recommendable. Just 1-minute walking distance from the Departure Area of Macau International Airport. My room was cleaned every day. I stayed at Room 1308. I had a wonderful view of the sea and the airport. :-) And on my last day, I left my luggage with the hotel staff for 6 hours after checking out; no need to pay 80 MOP to secure your luggage at the airport. You have many good choices for transportation. You have LRT (already connected to the hotel), casino buses (they are free, from what I heard), taxis, etc.
