The inn is located near the entrance so don't have to lug the luggage too far in as cars are not permitted in the area. The inn overlooks the river. The staff met us at the entrance. Appreciated staff's help with moving the luggage on a hot day. He was able to help book transport out of the area to the train station the next day and advise on the timings of the shows in the scenic area.

Pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. 10 out of 10 for customer service. They let me check in 3 hours early. Im gonna be making a full review of this place on my yt channel ”food x bert” Its the best hotel i ever stayed in for 20 dollars in China. Free water is a huge bonus and bed is comfortable. The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the owner was really hospitable and willing to help. We were surprised and pleased to see that we received free water and some snacks every day. You can leave the luggage at the hotel after you check out, we were even able to take a shower afterwards! (Which is nice after a sweaty day in the national park). One disadvantage: the breakfast is from 6-8, which is not so convenient when you want to sleep in.

This hotel is right next to the Rainbow Bridge, only about 30 meters from Wanming Pagoda, for a very strategic location. The bottom of this hotel is a place to rent clothes for photography, so it will definitely be difficult to find this hotel for those who are staying for the first time. Our suggestion is to chat with the hotel owner so they can pick you up, because that's what we did. Overall everything was ok staying at this hotel, only we got a room on the 5th floor and no one helped us with our suitcases, and we had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor while carrying our suitcases. If we have the opportunity to visit Fenghuang again, it looks like we will just look for another hotel.

This hotel is very good. The location is superb. The roo itself is also super good. It's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny you'll have to spend. The staff speaks limited English but everything is very good.

That was an amazing experience traveling to Fu Rong town. We particularly loved our accommodation called Tusi XuanFu hotel. We not only had a great experience but also received perfect hospitality. The hotel‘s host were passionate, considerate, and meticulous in their treatment of us. Additionally, you should have stayed there and had dinner, so that you wouldn't have missed out on the magnificent view of the waterfall. I strongly recommend it.

What a pleasant stay! Starting it was a bit difficult to find the hotel. It is just located behind the KFC and near the tourist services counter, walk through a small arch, but they can pick you up at the square as well. The lady at counter is super friendly. She gave me a lot of suggestion about the attractions and even her pocket list of restaurant. The stay has included breakfast. The room is so pretty. A tea set is ready at the balcony. Can brew my own tea and enjoy the view. Good amenities and nice bed. Hotel owner invited me to drink their local tea at the reception area and sharing. What a relax trip!

The view from the rooftop every morning is amazing on a clear day. the only downside would be that the main road is currently under construction, which affect its accessibility. However, the service and attentiveness of the owner is really good. we had bbq dinner at the rooftop on the last day, invited by the owner and it was really an experience. 🌸 the staff was really helpful to recommend us places and give us discount for local attraction (like the wulingyuan area/ tianmenshan area) too

Very nice stay in zhangjiajie. Around 200 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus station. Nice and tidy stay. Stayed for 4 days and had a very nice experience. This place is located in the middle of all destinations in zhangjijie and very near to Zhangjiajie national park, where avatar mountains are located. My 4 days stay was awesome.

I Love this hotel very much. The location is nearby to many shops, the room very nice, just as picture shown. The service is good too. They gave us more drink water for free whenever we ask for it. I thibk the price of the hotel ia cheap. We are 4persons. There are two beda, sofa. Even 5persons also can fit into one room. While for other hotel, must book for 2 rooms for 4persons

Great friendly service in rustic tradition chinese type vibe. My room was great and spacious but the general up keep of the hotel needs a little more enthusiasm. This hotel targets Chinese traveller's and the breakfast caters to these tastes. The always excellent value chef come general helpful guy with the mustache cooked some fried eggs and toast and delighted in accommodating my entrenched breakfast tastes. I initially felt mislead by the photos but the place definitely grew on me and I enjoyed my stay

The room was neat and very big for a solo traveller. The comforter was of amazing quality(super soft and smooth), one of the best I had throughout my travels so far. The front desk staff was super helpful in helping to plan and give suggestions for my daily itinerary. They also helped me to book tickets to the attractions. They offer free rides for short distances to and fro specific entrance for the park. Something not to worry about is that even if you don't speak Chinese, they have a translator device to translate any queries you might have. Overall, I had an amazing time throughout my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Zhangjiajie.

The room is really well decorated. Although the space is limited, it is very warm and comfortable. The environment is also very hygienic, clean and tidy with no odor. The most important thing is that the staff are really attentive and have a good attitude. I will choose here again next time I come to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel room uses high standard of materials comparable to 5 Stars hotel. The bed is heated bed and the toilet bowl is Japanese-type warm toilet seats with buttons. Curtain and even kettle are good quality. I find the bean bag on the floor is useful place to rest rather than a conventional sofa. Most importantly, the owner and caretaker of hotel treats their guests as VIP, waking up earlier than usual to make breakfast for us so we have warm stomach before taking train. In addition, the breakfast is sumptious and nutritious which are not spicy. The breakfast cooked individually so your food is hot.

The hotel location is very good. Riverside but far from the noisy pub and bar in center of the town but can walk to central of loudness in 5-10min. All staff here are so nice. They provide a pick up and drop off service. And very easy to contact with via wechat. Rooms are new nice clean well decorated and can look over to see the river. Several beakfast shops are close to hotel like 1-2min. Highly recommend

Reserve a room for 3 people and 2 people. The room is very beautiful. There is a heater. The room is next to the water and has a living area. On the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. But the owner of the service carried the luggage and picked up the taxi and on the way back sent a taxi to the BTS station. The hotel is located in the shopping district. There are many restaurants. Near Rainbow Bridge

Furong Town is indeed very beautiful. It retains the traditional stilted houses of the Tujia people. Living in it feels like traveling through time and space. The store is a B&B with beautiful scenery. I stayed in a room with a balcony, which is even more beautiful after dark. The only drawback is that I need to carry my luggage a long distance, and the shop owner also came to help me carry it, which is really good. nice environment good service

We had an awful experience on arrival. We were offered upgrade but hotel people said they did not receive anything. Then Trip agent proceeded to ask if I can accept no upgrade out of no where… I mean if the upgrade cannot be fulfilled then don’t offer it a few days prior to our check in. We also figured that it is because the owner suddenly sold the room to someone else so the room that we were supposed to be upgraded to, wasn’t available. Eventually they did honour & they have to move the other person to another room as we were the one who were promised to get it first. All in all we did get our upgraded room as promised but it took almost an hour and it was so messy, wasted my time. Would I want to pay premium to waste my time like this? To be honest, no. Secondly, this is an inn like someone’s house. It is RIVER facing NOT waterfall facing. The pictures by other reviewers are so deceiving! They kept saying this is the actual view and posted some huge waterfall. But it’s not true. See MY pictures for the actual window view. The inn is located at the entrance so it’s definitely no where near that you can see the main waterfall! I’m taken aback because I chose a more expensive inn so I will be safer but turns out it’s just any other inn. We were anyhow thankful that the location itself is away further from the bar so it’s less noisier and eventually thank the host lady for settling us in. But if you are looking for waterfall view- this is not the place to go for.

We found a room for two twin beds on the spur of the moment. The room is on the second floor, just across the bridge, very convenient, river view room, balcony looks out to the bridge, downstairs is the storefront. The boss is very nice, came out to pick us up, helped with the luggage, gave us a map, and introduced the whole ancient city in detail. The recommended Gazi Restaurant is a local restaurant, and it is delicious.

The room we booked was a twin room with river view and balcony. It is at Nanhua Gate and can be reached by taxi, which is very convenient. It was my first time to visit Fenghuang Ancient City and I found the hotel with the best scenery in the entire ancient city. The field of view is 180 degrees with no blind spots, and the entire ancient city can be seen. There is also a very large balcony with tatami mats outside the balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. The room is also clean and tidy, and the most important thing is the sound insulation, which is really good. When you open the balcony door, you can clearly hear the singing from the bar opposite. You can walk into the streets of the ancient city about 300 meters away. In one word, great!
