The accommodation is in the form of a hostel, but it's no less quality than a hotel. I was a little hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews on several platforms, but I became more convinced after seeing the hostel's Instagram account, which is often updated. The service at this hostel exceeded my expectations. I ordered some items, and the hostel was happy to receive them and put them in my room. I was also welcomed despite arriving at around 11 pm. The atmosphere inside the hostel was very homey, with many guests relaxing in the lobby, so I didn't feel lonely. I liked that atmosphere even though we didn't interact directly. The area around the hostel is very lively, as it faces a big road. There is a convenience store next to the hostel, and there is a mosque opposite the hostel. If you want to find food, you might need to walk for a few minutes. The hostel facilities are very complete, there is a swimming pool, a lobby room on the 1st and 2nd floors, a dining room for breakfast where there is coffee and tea that can be made by yourself, and a parking lot for motorbikes. The hostel rents out motorbikes, but unfortunately, I only found out after I got there. My suggestion would be to publicize it as a plus. I booked a private room even though I was alone, everything I needed was available in the room, from the en suite bathroom, air conditioning, a clothes rack, and a hairdryer. I had previously booked a dormitory-type room, but I changed to a private room. Other places might be cheaper, but I already love this hostel, and my decision to stay there paid off with everything I got. I hope I can come back to Bali and stay at this hostel someday.

The location is great everything out the building very close and asccesable. the staff where very nice and attentive. I will suggest take your own towels they have horrible smell. The owner was a bit rude when triying to book for more nights didn't honor the price offered when ask. There is not ameties offer not even a bottle of water. But the rooms are big and have a/c Wich is a plus. In general it was ok. But the staff hardly speaks English Wich it makes it a bit difficult when trying to communicating

It is well located on the main road which leads to the beach directly. Surrounded by many restaurants and clothing shops. Easy check in and out. The staff is super polite and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice hot shower plus amenities for the room, well equipped with hangers and a safety deposit box. The only thing was that it's a bit noisy from the street. But the room had a balcony and great view of the ocean from a distance.

Booked this place based on the reviews and ratings but it was such a disappointment unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, but it has a lot of potential to be a good place to stay but because the poor maintenance of the place will make one regret booking this place. They need improvements in the following areas ; 1) Cleaniness is a big let down. Even the bedsheets where soiled, not sure if they changed it. Floor was dusty. Furniture was in poor condition and not cleaned. One Of the rooms had a rotting smell. 2) Room-conditioner was not working properly, event at full blast. Was perspiring. I guess they didn't maintain their air-conditioning. 3) Breakfast provided was bad. Not much choice to choose from. 4) wifi was so bad in the property that I had to switch to my mobile data. 5) Television- cable was only provided in one of the rooms. On top of that, reception of the channels was really disappointing. Almost all the channels wetter not viewable. Sigh... 6) Swimming pools can only be used after 6pm ( they had a condition)

I don’t know which end is wrong. When I arrived, the hotel said that they had not received the payment. Although they said they would contact Trip. But after waiting for almost half an hour, I had to contact customer service to solve the problem. Later, I wanted to take a shower and found that there was no hot water. After the reaction, the other party looked at it and said that there was still gas. He asked me to wait a little longer or look at the faucet. Of course, it was useless, but the other party had no intention of dealing with it. The whole check-in process felt like a waste of time. When I finally wanted to check out, the person asked me if I had paid. I felt bad. I don’t know if the friendly person who received the hotel in the previous message is a relative or friend of the hotel. It’s true that the price is cheap, but you don’t need to treat it like a wallet. The comfort of the courtyard is probably the reason why you pay the money

Loved this hotel soooo much - clean, big rooms, comfy bed, nice bathroom, nice pool and loungers and great location. Couldn’t fault anything - loved our stay so much

The hotel is quite small, but the swimming pool and other facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator in the room, the owner is very nice, and the service is good. I live across the door from an Australian couple with three children. It feels very warm, and the price of renting a motorcycle from him is not expensive

My husband and I had the best stay here in October 2023, during my birthday. The staff members were very friendly, caring and passionate. They prepared a sweet birthday surprise for me, including reserving a sun bed for us at the pool! The food and drinks at Boheme were awesome as well, we loved all the breakfast choices. We would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great hotel outside Ubud. I very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is a beautiful pool. Free breakfast was delivered daily to my room. There is a nice, inexpensive restaurant a short walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were excellent, and the manager even took me on a daylong trip to one of the main temples in Bali. I highly recommend the Puri Payogan Villa.

The sink in the room didn’t work, the water barely flowed in the shower 2. Very strong audibility of neighbors, I could wake up at 6/8 in the morning from conversations of other hotel guests
