Japonya'da bir mutluluk çorbası var ve muhtemelen bazı kökenleri var. Sadece ismi değil, hizmet anlayışı da Japonların rehberliğindeymiş gibi, içeri girer girmez bunu hissedebiliyorsunuz. Bunu sorduğumda gerçek olduğu ortaya çıktı. Akşam geç geldiğim için kaplıcaya gitmedim ve sadece masaj yaptırdım. 2. kattaki masaj hizmeti Dianping siparişlerini kabul etmektedir. Bu sayede 50 dakikalık ayak masajı ve 50 dakikalık masajı oldukça uygun maliyetle yaptırabilirsiniz. Giriş yaptıktan sonra saat çoktan bir olmuştu. Başlangıçta ayak banyosu masajının iş dışında olması gerektiğini düşündüm, bu yüzden teknisyen bunun sadece birkaç rastgele basışla yapılmasını ayarladı. Beklenmedik bir şekilde bir dakika bile çalmadım ki bu beni kesinlikle şaşırttı. Alt kattaki resepsiyondaki servisin yanı sıra hamam ustası ve kahvaltı teyzesinin hepsi yerli yerinde. Çin coşkusu ve Japon tarzı yönetim ile bu deneyim, Japon yerel hizmetinin ötesindedir. Oda da büyük ve fiyat/performans oranı oldukça yüksek. Biraz iyileştirmeyi umduğum tek şey, düzenlenmiş odadaki duşun yer giderinin, muhtemelen binanın yaşı nedeniyle çok güçlü bir kokuya sahip olmasıdır. Ama odamın adını düşündüğümde adı ”Hakone” idi. Sakın bana tadı Hakone Owakudani Doğal Kaplıcasına benzediğini söylemeyin.

The hotel room is amazing, best service I have ever received from any hotel that I have stayed so far. It comes with complimentary services like shuttle to/fro Pudong airport and SH Disneyland with proper vehicle, welcome fruits platter and souvenir snacks. Sometimes it’s the small gesture that counts, like serving a cup of tea during the check in process and offer to provide complimentary laundry service or other art-related classes sharing. Have to highlight that the receptionists and staff are extremely friendly during my stay (28-29 June). Will definitely stay there again next time when I visit Shanghai east area. Thanks!

The hotel is around 20min from Disney Resort. The hot spring is very cozy (although something is floating in the water, not sure whether it’s dust or minerals) Highly recommend the two level room, the beds are comfortable while the living room is spacious. The table is just perfect for late dinner!

This gotta be the best choice of hotel stay around Disneyland. 1) There's free private transfer in their Voyah. Its so easy to get to Disney from the transfer. 2) Hotel is literally beside the Shanghai Bicester Village. Shop till you drop at the large numbers of branded outlets. There's a small Xmas market and lotsa nice restaurants. 3) The hotel check in was fast and staff were efficient. Added their wechat and its practically an online butler; text and ask them anything u need for your stay or queries. 4) There's free flow warm drinks whenever you are waiting in the lobby. You can ask for some free game tokens for your kids to play at the claw machines. 5) Free Buggy services are also available to drive you to your room. 6) The complimentary onsen (both indoor and outdoor) are fantastic. Just pop by anytime before 11pm. It totally butt naked inside thou and male n female onsen are separated. They provide quality Japan Maro hairwash products which is a plus point. 7) We had our breakfast at just 99yuan for 2 adults. Kids are free. Buffet spread is modest and i just say its a 8/10. 8) Room is pretty decent size with plenty of space for 4 luggage and we slept comfortably. My 2 kids slept with us on their huge Queen bed instead of their bunk. Overall this is a great hotel! Will be back ;)

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. There are rabbits that my girls loved. We are all very happy with our stay.

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages. In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))

You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax. The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too. I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.

I really liked it 🔥 we came for a couple of days, the territory is very beautiful 😍 The staff is very kind) the room is clean and bright. the huge panoramic window is very nice. I especially liked the bathroom 🛀 Breakfast was also included in the price 👌 This is exactly the place we were looking for to relax from the hustle and bustle, recommend 🤝

First of all, I want to thank Manager Peter for upgrading our room to Executive Room. It gave us an excellent stay and experience. He was very helpful considering he's the only one who can speak English. He even helped us with our Taobao orders, online food cravings, etc. Even when he's on leave, the other receptionist was calling him and let him talk to us in English. He didn't have to do that since it's late at night but still, we appreciate it. Pros: 1. The Executive room was huge. 2. Variety of breakfast at the hotel and the One Step Restaurant that serve western food. 3. You can do your laundry for free. 4. Make-up room service was consistent and gave us generous amount of water bottles. 5. The whole vibe of the hotel was light and positive. 6. Smart toilet. 7. The hotel area was huge and full of trees, we didn't mind staying at the hotel for a whole day because of how relqxing it was. 8. With fresh towels everyday and the room jas a dyson hairdryer. Cons: 1. Only one person can communicate in straight english but app translate works. 2. The location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station but since the fare was cheap, we didn't mind at all. 3. Other than the restaurant, there is no convenience store nearby so buying food might be a struggle. Make sure you buy food/snacks before going back at the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend the hotel because of the service and the amenities. Thank you for the upgrade and youe service, Peter. 😊
