Japonya'da bir mutluluk çorbası var ve muhtemelen bazı kökenleri var. Sadece ismi değil, hizmet anlayışı da Japonların rehberliğindeymiş gibi, içeri girer girmez bunu hissedebiliyorsunuz. Bunu sorduğumda gerçek olduğu ortaya çıktı. Akşam geç geldiğim için kaplıcaya gitmedim ve sadece masaj yaptırdım. 2. kattaki masaj hizmeti Dianping siparişlerini kabul etmektedir. Bu sayede 50 dakikalık ayak masajı ve 50 dakikalık masajı oldukça uygun maliyetle yaptırabilirsiniz. Giriş yaptıktan sonra saat çoktan bir olmuştu. Başlangıçta ayak banyosu masajının iş dışında olması gerektiğini düşündüm, bu yüzden teknisyen bunun sadece birkaç rastgele basışla yapılmasını ayarladı. Beklenmedik bir şekilde bir dakika bile çalmadım ki bu beni kesinlikle şaşırttı. Alt kattaki resepsiyondaki servisin yanı sıra hamam ustası ve kahvaltı teyzesinin hepsi yerli yerinde. Çin coşkusu ve Japon tarzı yönetim ile bu deneyim, Japon yerel hizmetinin ötesindedir. Oda da büyük ve fiyat/performans oranı oldukça yüksek. Biraz iyileştirmeyi umduğum tek şey, düzenlenmiş odadaki duşun yer giderinin, muhtemelen binanın yaşı nedeniyle çok güçlü bir kokuya sahip olmasıdır. Ama odamın adını düşündüğümde adı ”Hakone” idi. Sakın bana tadı Hakone Owakudani Doğal Kaplıcasına benzediğini söylemeyin.

The room is very spacious and has everything you might usually need during the hotel stay. The breakfast is great and the jacuzzi can be very relaxing after a long day in Shanghai. But what really stands out at the Zen Resort is its people. They are absolute gold, always there eager to help you with everything you might need. Thank you guys for the warm stay, we'll definitely come back to your place next time we're in Shanghai.

The location of this hotel is good because it is near to the airport (PVG) about 20mins and the room is so big. Although the spring is the famous facility, it is only service afternoon which means customers should not expect to enjoy the spring at anytime. There is not many mall and tourist spots near to the hotel and it just like countryside of Shanghai which is quiet and far from city. The service officer is nice but some facilities is not enough like charger of cellphone.

As a mum travelling solo with 2 young children this is a dream stay. 100% would choose to stay here again for my next Disneyland visit. They have a designated private car that drops guests off at Disneyland resort line train station which is then a 5 min walk to Disneyland. To get picked up you WeChat them (with some notice) and boom the car will be there to pick you up. Unbelievable service and the staff were super nice to my rambunctious kids! The Onsen is not to be missed - actual spring waters from local Jiangsu area. I felt like I was back in japan (and I spend a LOT of my time there travelling 6-7 times every year there). If your child is over 90cm they cannot go in the opposite sex Onsen BUT my son was kindly escorted by staff and was taken through the experience alone without any problems (he can speak mandarin though which helps). There is a small playground for kids onsite but opposite the road at Bicester outlet shopping village is a HUGE playground mostly shaded which is perfect for kids and also has water play splash pads everywhere and tons of food options. I stayed one night at the Melia and one night here and this one is superior by far in every respect with the option for car pickup from Disneyland! 20 mins to Pudong Airport - easy!

Excellent, perfect a Japanese style hotel with personal hot spring at room, like it 👏🏻👍🏻 Convenient location, good price, clean large rooms.

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages. In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))

You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax. The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too. I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.

I really liked it 🔥 we came for a couple of days, the territory is very beautiful 😍 The staff is very kind) the room is clean and bright. the huge panoramic window is very nice. I especially liked the bathroom 🛀 Breakfast was also included in the price 👌 This is exactly the place we were looking for to relax from the hustle and bustle, recommend 🤝

The hotel located 20 min from Disney and about 25 minutes from airport. The room we booked provided us with free pick up service as well as free transfer to Disneyland. Also since I was with my mom who is a senior I chose carefully western breakfast(7:30-10:00), so this hotel was the best option. There is a pool in the hotel with hot bath outside. (Works from 9 am) We relaxed with my mom after a long flight and a day at Disneyland. Highly recommend this hotel for the price and for the service. Many thanks to Peter, the manager, who provided us with best service. He was very hospitable and spoke English very well so we didn’t even needed to translate everything in the app. Also want to note the night manager who worked in the being of 26th of May 2025(around 23:00) cause we didn’t ate at the Disneyland and he helped us to order the delivery of dumplings to the room, which by the way was delivered by the robot. On the territory there is a petite old garden(from 9am) in which you can enjoy a reading if you know Chinese(the are a lot of books and magazines) or just drink coffee and watch the fish cause the in the garden there is a coffee shop. My mom and I was very satisfied with the stay.
