It is the best choice of hotel in Aomori! The lounge (6/F) experience is definitely a bonus to your stay. A specific type of smoothies is provided every morning from 6 to 10am. You can also get fresh slices of Aomori apples from 3pm to 5pm, zero sugar beer from 5pm to 7pm, teas and apple juices. Super easy access to the JR station as the hotel is located right above the building starting from 4/F. 1/F to 3/F are the JR stations and the adjacent shopping centre.

nice simple traditional looking room. was very clean. bathroom a bit tight and the floor mattress was not the most comfortable to sleep on but should be ok for 1-2nights. fun experience.

We love the view from our room on the 7th floor. The free wifi is fast in the room, around the hotel, and in the restaurant. We had buffet dinner and breakfast included room rate. We enjoyed both meals. All travelers must added meals with their room because there is no restaurant or convenience stores within 10km radius. There is a gift shop and convenience stores located inside the hotel. We recommend this hotel; and we’ll come back again.

I will definitely come back. The hotel is new and convenient! I love the free massage chair, hot springs, ramen and snacks. Everything was fantastic. The design is attractive too.

Superb views, buffet dinner options, diverse indoor outdoor bath options with salt and clear water!! A rare gem  for families. Staff spoke English at front desk and restaurants, and welcome descriptions note is written in English as well. Alternate timings at bath for Men and women assures equal views for both. The outside open air bath at the beach is probably the hit and can get crowded at sunset and less so during sunrise. The open air bath attached to the indoor area bath offers better sunset views, from an elevation of about 30 meters. We (family of three) enjoyed it very much and probably rank it the best of our three prefecture experience with respect to the bath.

This is really a great hotel. Staff are all nice, hotel’s facility is also good. Free drink and snacks are available in hotel lounge. Highly recommended to anyone who planned to tour in Aomori!

Very beautiful clean hotel with great apple onsen bath! Excellent dinner and breakfast. Shamisen performance was entertaining too. We enjoyed staying here!

We stayed at Asamushi Onsen (about 20mins drive from Aomori downtown) as part of our 2025 Spring trip to Aomori area, and booked Tstsumikan Onsen hotel to stay for the night. The hotel location is great. I think all guest rooms come with open ocean view. No private hot spring tub in the guest room but the large gender-specific hot spring pools are open privately to the overnight stay guests from 8PM to the next morning. The stay comes with 2 meals. The food is good and the dinner was served directly in the guest room. The next morning Japanese breakfast was served in the great tatami dinning room, and the breakfast package even comes with free coffee in the gift shop café after the meal. The staff are warm, and the service is good. My recommendation to this hotel come with no hesitation.

Room is clean and comfortable. Pajamas provided were a little rough. Onsen on top floor, but no nice view. Very close to Hirosaki castle. Fantastic breakfast - wide selection and good quality.

Loving Dormy Inn as usual. Though the location is not near a station, but it’s ok for us as we rented a car to visit around Hachinohe - Towada region. Room is clean, small but enough to open 2 mid size luggages. Bath house is clean and have a nice view. Supper noodles as good as usual.
