The outdoors onsen is excellent, breakfast and dinner is great. The room is Japanese style big room but no private baht in the room only toilet but it is okay as we intend to bath at the outdoors onsen anyway.

If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. I highly recommend it!

Had great stay. 👍 Do note that the building has no lift and be cautious to lower your voice due to thin walls. Some room has no shower facilities. Overall good stay.

這酒店服務非常到位，因山上路面結冰無法騎車前行，還有十多公里到酒店、亦已開始入黑，只好撤回到山腳附近便利商店打電話到酒店求助，有懂英語的服務員，當請店員向他們說明位置後，馬上派車來接我們回酒店，而且，雖然到酒店時已經晚上八點多，但仍然為我們準備晚餐！隔日退房亦把我們送回便利超商取車。這種待客之道，下次必定再來光顧！

food is amazing so as the onsen, we went all the way out to try all the different onsen waters in a night. attentive staffs who greet whenever they see us. one thing might be the private onsens rooms are a bit dirty & not looked after since they only clean once every day I think.

We love this place as it is convenient locate right beside the town. Good for walking around and shopping.  The food in the hotel is good.   Not to flexible  for frens birthday for cakes during dinner.  But the food is good. Excellent selections and types Oh the Onsen is very good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tokinoniwa Onsen Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that defines a perfect Japanese ryokan stay. The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding. The tatami-style room was beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The highlight was the private open-air onsen on the balcony, where I could soak in the natural hot spring water while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The serene ambiance made it a truly rejuvenating experience.

酒店很舊，主要看上温泉和滑雪場，所以酒店設施陳舊也能忍耐。 想象設施舒服，美美泡温泉享受的豪華旅行，那就不要選擇這個酒店。 滑雪場可以從酒店滑進滑出，對於滑雪的人絕對爽。 餐廳不錯。有自助，有單點懷石料理。 這酒店台灣朋友們來的多，也有滑雪培訓團隊在酒店1樓。講中文，衹能收現金。 晚上沒看到星星。 酒店客人幾乎爆滿，所以服務人員都很忙。房間撥打電話基本打不通。 酒店在深山高處，附近沒葯店，出行也不方便。所以帶小朋友的家庭，需要佩帶日常備用葯。 滑雪不錯，温泉不錯！

まずホテルに着いてエントランスにスタッフの方が待機されていてすぐにカートを準備してくださりロビーまで運んでくれました。毎月全国各地旅していますが、エントランスで交通整理をしているスタッフさんは見かけますがサポートしてくれるスタッフさんがいるのは子連れにはありがたく久しぶりでうれしくなりました。お部屋もとても広くミニキッチンなどもありとても便利でした。お風呂は茶褐色のお風呂でとてもよく温まり、筋肉痛によく効く温泉でスキーで疲れた体を癒すのにぴったりでした。お食事は特にサラダが美味しく、全体的に丁寧に作られていてお皿も空くとすぐスタッフさんが下げてくれるのでついつい食べすぎてしまいました。朝食のライブキッチンのハンバーガーとおにぎり最高です。どれだけ炭水化物食べるかと思うほどいただきました。孫はドーナツのタンス（笑）がお気に入りでピンクのイチゴ味を食べていました、巣蜜から流れてくる美味しいハチミツでヨーグルトを食べ後ろ髪ひかれつつ会場をあとにしました。部屋に持ち帰れるコーヒーもありがたいサービスでした。今回は連泊で近くのスキー場に通っていたのでこちらのホテルでほんとによかったなとおもいました。プールもあるしキッズルームもある大人も子どもも楽しめる素敵なホテルでした。またお泊まりに行きたいホテルです。

We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.
