Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

Twin Room was big, beds were wider than most hotels. However, felt that the bed and pillow was slightly hard but its ok. Location is about 5 minutes walk from Motomachi station. Hotel is also located at the heart of Chinatown, which is convenient.

Hotel is perfect for family. Kids can experience traditional Japanese living style. Hotel 2nd floor has new opened buffet restaurant with reasonable price 3rd floor has hot spring. Hotel upgrade me to a bigger room and my son like the place we extended our stay for 1 more night. Will book again in the future

The location of the hotel is very excellent with private car park. It is near many restaurants and shops. There is a 24 hours-open Donki within 3 minutes walk. But the facilities there seems a bit old.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

プール、アクティビティ、部屋、温泉、イベント、食事、スタッフ対応。どれもスーパーハイレベル。 部屋は、広く清潔でスリッパさえもは着心地がよかった。 食事は多少混み合っているものの、オールインクルーシブを謳っているホテルよりも満足度は高かった。 子供連れが不便ないような配慮が随所にあり素晴らしかった。

以前は確か大和ロイヤルホテルだったと思います。 その時からよく利用していましたが、今回ホテル名がかわって初の宿泊でした。 高い料金を払った割にはアメニティが最低限の物だけ。ドリンクやお菓子のサービスは良かったです。 一番改善して欲しかったのは朝食に50分も待たされたこと。それがなければ良かったっで終わっていたかもですが。混み合う夏休みシーズンなどは朝食会場を増やすなど考えた方が良いと思います。朝食の内容は最高に良かったです。 朝食が遅くなったことで後の観光に支障が出ました。

We had a very spacious corner twin room for 2 of us! So generous! Also the onsen was very clean and we loved it! Parking was full when we arrived but they directed us to a nearby parking lot with fixed parking rate. Love this place!

雖然銀花酒店位處較遠，但正因為這樣，環境很清幽，酒店房間和浴場都對著河流，讓人心礦神怡。員工們都超級友善親切，由扺達酒店開始，住客就得到賓至如歸的感覺。我們住了三日兩夜，很享受今次的住宿。酒店本身也很照顧客人，即使check out 當天，他們還是會不厭其煩地收拾房間，讓住客臨走時仍有一個舒適的地方休息。若我再來城崎，應該會再在這酒店住宿。值得推薦 ！

Lovely small hotel with most amenities one might need. We missed having a laundry, as it seems to be common for hotels in Japan, but it's a very small drawback. Lounge area was lovely to relax and have a snack after the Onsen, we had the public Onsen to ourselves in the early morning and the private ones were a breeze to reserve and were always available. Great value for money compared to other places we looked at in Arima Onsen. Staff were upbeat and friendly. We loved it.
