Just a few mins away from both Sannomiya station and Motomachi area. Equipped with a public bath facility and the coin laundry. (There was a queue after 9pm. Go for it earlier!) Staff were attentive and helpful. Only drawback- the view of my room was like completely blocked by other buildings, and we were not able to get enough natural lights. It was even darker than the average at night.

This onsen was pure bliss. The hot spring water was so relaxing, the scenery was stunning, and everything was super clean. I felt completely refreshed afterward. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan — highly recommended!

We had a very spacious corner twin room for 2 of us! So generous! Also the onsen was very clean and we loved it! Parking was full when we arrived but they directed us to a nearby parking lot with fixed parking rate. Love this place!

I had an amazing stay at Hanagoyomi Hotel! The highlight was definitely the food—both breakfast and dinner were delicious, made with fresh, seasonal local ingredients that really showcased the area’s flavors. The environment is stunning too; soaking in the hot springs while facing the sea was pure bliss. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and communicating in English was never an issue—they made everything so smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

The staff were helpful and friendly, although the do not speak much English. The cleanliness of room was good except that the cupboard doors and walls are quite stained and old. The shuttle service was very good with nice drivers. Facilities and amenities were very exclusive and good. So was the breakfast! Wish we had more time to explore their facilities. Overall a wonderful experience

Accommodation is super convenient- comes with different types of sauna and onsen, and restaurants inside the hotel! The staff will set up futon in our room- affordable option for those who are looking for a ryokan experience. We also love the hotel breakfast! Feels v well nourished after that, esp after soaking in the onsen :) we also love the matcha senbei crackers that the hotel gave us and bought them at the souvenir store too. Highly recommend!

Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

500m from kobe tower. We select this hotel because there is japanese style room with public Onsen available. Big room for 4-6 members can be fit. I recommend the hotel team to clean the air con as so many dust but there is Air humidifier machine set up inside the room too. Thank you and we love it.☺️

Отель просто шикарный! К сожалению, остановились всего на одну ночь, но впечатлений хватит надолго. Заселили нас даже чуть раньше, что было очень приятно. Ужин оказался сытным и вкусным, а завтрак — необычным, с национальными особенностями. В целом сам отель удивил своей атмосферой — это настоящее погружение в японскую культуру. Очень уютное, стильное и необычное место. Хотелось бы вернуться ещё!

This was our second visit here. The staff is very helpful, and there is a free transfer not just to and from the station - if you want a pickup from the town or the ropeway during your stay, they will help too. The private baths are beautiful and very well maintained, and the reserve-next-as-you-leave-the-previous system is very convenient. Overall, great experience.
