Iwate ili, Japonya İçindeki Kaplıcalı Otelleri

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

距離雪場大約5分鐘車程~服務人員都非常親切 告知服務人員要出發跟回程的時間 他們都會準備好免費接送 溫泉很棒~有大眾與獨立的湯屋(獨立湯屋需視當天使用狀況去登記，運氣很好幾乎都能使用到) 澡堂裡包含(洗臉、卸妝、化妝水、乳液、頭髮保養液都提供很不錯的產品、也都維持得非常乾淨整潔) 餐廳食物也非常美味(需兩天前預訂) 約日幣4500/人 住在這裡8天，真的有家的感覺 非常推薦來安比滑雪的朋友體驗這間住宿 CP值超高!!

Excellent stay! Ryokan was clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were out of the world. Attention to details with an elaborate menu. Outdoor onsen was also fantastic! Would gladly stay again if visiting the area!

入住日期：2025/11/03 我實在很慶幸最後我還是訂了這家「花卷溫泉紅葉館」，本來想要小資旅行，省去溫泉飯店，後來在網上看到「來花卷必住的飯店」，甚至晚餐還有蟹腳吃到飽，重點是：三館的溫泉都可以任你泡！！太吸引人了吧～～😍😍立馬不猶豫了，實際入住後，真的太喜歡～園區非常漂亮（還有大花園、神社）有規模之外，人員都非常和藹可親，包含在停車場指揮的爺爺，親和力都一百分，日式房間舒適寬敞，浴衣好美～窗外就是漂亮的美景，所有溫泉都泡過一遍甚至白天又繼續泡😂😂晚餐把費除了蟹腳還有現煎牛排，各種鍋物及鐵板料理，太多啦～～實在超推薦👍👍👍花卷必住溫泉飯店實至名歸🥰🥰

酒店環境優美，鄰近另一景點嚴美溪，位置非常好。酒店的晚餐、夜宵及早餐亦美味。酒店的溫泉設施亦妥善，亦安排了凍甜品俾浸完溫泉的旅客享用，在溫泉旁亦安排了按摩椅，很貼心。唯獨接待員未有告知溫泉內沒有毛巾，旅客需取用房間的毛巾往溫泉。

The welcome desert is very nice. The dinner is a set course with abalone, beef and also come with buffet choice, it's out of expectation. The onsen is good. In the evening, there was local dance show.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

裡面的服務人員都很親切 入住的飲料吧除了一般的飲料外 還有飯店自有的熱茶可以飲用(自有的熱茶很特別、好喝) 附加了附早餐的服務、早餐非常豐盛 客房的浴室非常普通(如飯店提供的照片) 但應該都會在溫泉大浴場泡湯所以對我來說比較沒差 大眾湯有檜木浴池非常放鬆 房間可以看到嚴美溪(非熱鬧的那條街上)很靜謐 風景優美

The hotel is actual one of three hotels linked together, can use onsen from other hotels. Onsen is nice. Buffet foods are good and have wide range of choices. A pity that the adjacent Rose Garden is close due to winter.

今回は急遽宿泊予定だったので、素泊まりでしたが設備の説明が丁寧でわかりやすかったです。 泊まる前に分からないことを問い合わせした時の電話対応も簡潔でとても良かったです。 温泉が部屋と大浴場の泉質が違いどちらも良**れぞれ楽しめました。 ランドリーコーナーもあり、子どもの着替えを洗うことができて助かりました。マッサージ機もとても良かっです運転の疲れが吹っ飛んでいくくらいよかった。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫やゴミ箱が大きくて助かりました。冷蔵庫の中にたっぷりお水があってありがたかったです。
