The location is very convenient, near the JR station. The onsen is clean but it is very small. The staff are helpful and help us a lot about our lost item. Free drink provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Managed to get on the last boat ride across Lake Ashi and was there in time for the hotel shuttle pick up. It was pitch dark out around 5pm during Japan's autumn however the hotel lobby is cozy and inviting, one that is full of history. The friendly front desk handed me a key with a large wooden key chain, and I checked out the large room prior to my dinner timing. There's a door to partition the bedroom and toilet/entrance area which felt nice. Dinner was a set menu and one that was filling. There are ice machine dispenser at the male onsen level and female onsen was on the highest floor. There's a lift that brings you to right outside the spa so visitors won't have to walk across the lobby area in their yukatas. Onsen was clean and spacious, there's a shower area to clean up, a sauna, outdoor and indoor onsen. Dressing room area has all the amenities you need and the ice popsicle after onsen is a nice touch. Woke up the next morning to catch the sunrise and caught a nice view of golden rays spewing across Lake Ashi, the garden and the glorious Mount Fuji right from my room. 100% recommended staying at this hotel! Had a super filing Japanese breakfast and checked out to explore the rest of Hakone.

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's facing the sea, and very near to the beach. Basically just need to cross the road to the beach. The room is clean, space is not big. For my room, seems there was not a ventilation fan in the toilet or it was not working. There was a lot steam after taking a shower. The car park is big and parking fee is 1000yen. A free spa is available for every guest. Everyone needs to pay spa tax at 150yen per head regardless using spa facilities located at 3 floor or not. A premium spa service is available at 4th floor with 1500yen charge. The breakfast is at 3200yen. Overall, in my opinion it's a bit pricey. I stayed in the hotel on 16 Mar 2024. It's still a bit cold, so I didn't have the spa even though paying the spa tax. It's a bit wasted. I wouldn't recommend this place for winter time.

**Positives:** ✅ **Modern & Clean:** Well-maintained, spacious rooms with comfortable onsen. ✅ **Good Location:** Convenient access to surrounding areas. **Areas for Improvement:** ⚠️ **Room Location:** - Room extremely far from dining/foot bath – exhausting daily walks (especially with foot concerns). - *Suggestion:* Offer closer room options or service for guests with mobility needs. ⚠️ **Dining Experience (Dinner & Breakfast):** - **Food Quality:** Lamb not fresh; overall quality below ”1 stay 2 meals” onsen standard. No beef , only lamb meat is not fresh. Not satisfied with the food quality. We wanna have cup noodles after meal. Breakfast is slight better. - **Variety:** Insufficient choices (both Western & Japanese); lacked local/seasonal specialties expected at onsen hotels. Pretty disappointed. We been to many onsen hotel in Japan. Never encountered this. - **Service/Clarity:** Buffet poorly organized; unclear signage led to confusion over food availability. - **Expectations:** Meals didn’t showcase regional ingredients or highlight local cuisine like other onsen resorts. Hakone is famous onsen should showcase their seasonal ingredients in this region. **Summary:** Strong potential with modern facilities, but **critical improvements needed in dining quality** and **room accessibility** to meet onsen hotel standards.

Hotel located on top of the hillside which offer fantastic view of lake Ashinoko with the Mount Fuji as backdrop . Travelers can either require hotel pick up when reached at Togenda station (ropeway)from Hakone-Yumoto station train by bus. I chosen the room with lake & Mount Fuji view for 3nights . Unfortunately, due the gloomy & cloudy sky and snowing day , view from my room wasn’t great ! Travels need to make reservation in advance & pay 2000yen for 1/2hour used of hotspring . I would like to thanks the front desk whom was really very helpful and always offered drop off & pickup services during my stayed . Bear in mind that , this hotel doesn’t has in house restaurant or cafe . Travelers can place your meals in advance with front desk OR ask to drop off to the nearest restaurant around there or take a walk about 20mins to the restaurants place.

A must stay if you are visiting Hakone! It's a 15 minute walk away from Hakone Yumoto station, or you can pay 200 yen to take the shuttle bus there. You can deliver your luggages there using the baggage service at the train station (for a fee). Place is clean and best of all, there's so many perks staying here. Firstly, there's free private onsen (subject to first come first serve). Secondly, dinner and breakfast are provided. Just need to select your preferred timeslot and head to the restaurant then. Food was delicious, and serving was generous as well. They also serve free ramen at 10.30pm, although it was just a simple bowl of noodles. There's also free drinks provided at L1 and L3, and some free snacks as well at the hotel lobby.

Personel çok nazikti ve her gün konforlu bir konaklama geçirdim. Teşekkürler. Temiz, klasik bir otel ve konukların çoğu rahattı, bu yüzden kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Gün içinde gezdim, ancak bir dahaki sefere salonun verandasında dinlenmenin güzel olacağını düşünüyorum. Kahvaltı büfesi de lezzetliydi. Köri ve güveci çok beğendim. Hakone'ye toplu taşıma ile geldiğim için otelin ücretsiz servisinin Togendai'den akşama kadar devam etmesi çok kullanışlıydı. Çıkış yaptıktan sonra Togendai'ye servis hizmeti de çok kullanışlıydı. Otelin yakınında bir otobüs durağı gibi bir şey vardı, bu yüzden bir dahaki sefere daha esnek bir şekilde gezebilmek için otobüs saatlerini kontrol etmek istiyorum. Yakınlarda restoran yok gibiydi, bu yüzden bir dahaki sefere biraz araştırma yapacağım.

O hotel foi maravilhoso para nossa família! Adoramos o Onsen, depois de uma jornada de viagens, foi muito relaxante! Tem ”café da manhã” estilo comida japonesa, self service e bem servida. A única coisa é que poderia deixar mais claro na descrição dos ”quartos individuais”: na verdade são ”cápsulas”, talvez colocar fotos além da descrição, com mais detalhes. Fazia parte do planejamento da família ter uma experiência deste tipo, mas acabamos não reservando hotéis cápsulas no nosso roteiro de viagem. Para minha família foi uma surpresa muito agradável e única!
