I love the time spend in this hotel and staff was very friendly and professional specifically miss mariam mofdy she make sure that's wasn't any probelm I need to be hnoest that's the most hotel I spend my time confrotable and easy to check in and check out

The Hyatt Centric is brand new and a beautiful resort. The pool and rooms are well designed and the hotel is stunning. The Muse restaurant is excellent and offers one of the best breakfasts that we had with our travels throughout Hyatt. Ahmed Hassan was our server throughout our stay and took excellent care of us. After the first day, he brought us our desired coffees without even asking. Ali is one of the managers and arranged for an authentic Egyptian breakfast for us. We got to try foods that we normally wouldn’t have tried and they were delicious. He always checked in with us to make sure we had what we wanted. The entire hotel staff has been extremely pleasant and have been going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Fatma was our housekeeper and did a thorough and excellent job. The hotel gym was well appointed and had a trainer on site to assist in any way. The one critique that I will make is that the hotel allows smoking in the lobby which is very unfortunate as our family is very sensitive to the smoking. While I understand that smoking is customary in Egypt and other parts of the world, I think that an international hotel chain shouldn’t allow it and make accommodations in a separate closed off area or provide for an outdoor section. Besides this time, the hotel has been wonderful and would recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable trip in Cairo.

Art hotel with amazing vibes hotel is different I stayed many times in different hotels even Hyatt but this hotel has different concept each corner you need to get photos for memories. The experience start with the valet who meet us at the entrance with smile. Reception team and public relations girls are amazing. The service team in restaurants will be the reason to spend all the day eating. Really one day is not enough thanks to operation manger Mr. Ramy for what he did for us. Rooms is little bed small so if you have a lot luggage you will have uncomfortable stay but if you have any issue the manger will solve it on the spot they are helpful.

Our stay at this exceptional establishment was outstanding, thanks to the exemplary service provided by the reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff, led by an attentive manager. The hotel's gym was particularly impressive, boasting top-notch facilities and the expert guidance of personal trainer Shrief Mohamed, a distinctive feature setting this hotel apart from others. His assistance and warm demeanor were greatly appreciated.

The hotel is brand-new.We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, with excellent service at the front desk, particularly from Mariam, and we enjoyed our time at the restaurant "Muse." We had excellent service from the most friendly staff, Mr Moheb and his coworkers. The mix of wonderful meals, good amenities, and a fantastic swimming pool creates an ideal gateway. We'll come back soon for another fantastic experience!

The hotel is very clean, the stuff is very friendly and polite. The dishes are delicious and the service is amazing. Our room is convenient, has a safe, a comfortable bed and some things for daily usage, Next time we will book this hotel again!!!!!!😍
