Conoscevo l'Helvetia per esserci stato altre volte.
Anche questa volta non mi ha deluso, anzi, se la sono cavata benissimo anche con il Covid!
L'ambiente è gradevole ed i pasti buoni.
Si possono fare anche i fanghi.

We spend 3 days in carnival and St. Valentine day, I give 10/10 to the pools, indoor and outdoor, another 10/10 for the beautiful big room that bring all the pool and garden and 10/10 for the food, after a big hug to all the friendly staff that try all there best to give you warm stay. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel, and get the best holiday.

We really enjoyed the stay. Beds a bit hard. The personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Nice pool and recreation area with saunas. Close to city center. Could have some wider range of food for breakfast.

Absolutely luxury hospitality and facilities for an optimal price! The best value! The staff is amazing, location is great! Helvetia means great generosity, top cuisine, sophisticated and genuine in approach to restaurant, spa, bar, cultural program and absolutely all! Here the guests mostly stay numerous times, like we multiple times, i have met guests who stayed more than 10 times and are returning again! It is a certificate of quality valued dedication and value for everything and everybody! God bless Helvetia! Stay healthy!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was simply a base for us. The hotel is tired and needs updating. The fitness centre is old and equipment is in bad condition. The reception staff, except the man, are grumpy and unwelcoming. We will not return.

Very grumpy, rude man at front desk, checking in and out were nightmares. The pool was too cool. Huge everything: restaurant, pool, but poorly staffed. Food was barely edible. Elevators were so slow there were lines to take one. No bellhop. There’s more, but suffice it to say, AVOD THIS PLACE. And maybe avoid this tacky town, too.

Sono stata col mio compagno, in questo hotel per due notti, con pensione completa e accesso alle piscine termali. Siamo stati complessivamente bene, ma da rivedere sia il servizio ristorante, sia la struttura in sé. Del personale di sala, stranamente tutti con una divisa diversa, poco esperti e poco curata l'accoglienza del cliente. La prima volta a cena siamo rimasti senza bevande a lungo, abbiamo dovuto alzarci dal tavolo per chiederla. Inoltre, tra una portata e l'altra, quel giorno passava un'eternità, il successivo a pranzo, sembrava quasi ci volessero mandare via. Insomma, un cameriere di sala con comprovata esperienza ci vorrebbe, ad esempio un maitre. Della struttura, devo dire quadri bellissimi, ma da rivedere la pavimentazione delle piscine e le pareti erano assai scrostate in alcuni punti. Inoltre, la temperatura dell'acqua di mattina era molto più bassa di quella alle 14, e alcune postazioni idromassaggio funzionanti a malapena. La camera piuttosto antiquata, ma gradevole. In conclusione, in reception, personale molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non ci è stato stranamente chiesto alcun feedback riguardo al soggiorno. Non credo torneremo, ma nel caso, saremo ricchi di aspettative, fiduciosi nella voglia dei gestori di apportare le migliorie necessarie.
