Hotel Grand Torino

We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great time, initial impressions were varied, we did arrive at 2230 and the bar was closed but the room was big, clean and quite impressive. The food was really brilliant, my wife has coeliac and Luigi was fabulous in understanding her requirements (gluten free pasta was great; also knowing what puddings she couldn't have). The dinner menu was incredible, 3 courses not including a salad bar; the half board deal included 1x glass of red wine, they re-filled at no extra cost and the wine was lovely, and i'm a bit fussy! Train to Venice was no problem and included in the deal, including tickets purchased by Gianluca and the team, drop off and collection at local train station. Loved the thermal pool, really good for the mind and body, great for a refresh. My advice would be see beyond the hotel that they are trying to renovate and look at the sensitivity of the staff, the chef's efforts with the cuisine and there is a wonderful trip that awaits you - for the deal we had on TravelZoo I would recommend it 100%. thanks to the staff for a wonderful 4 days, Wayne and Ali

Jenny is the newest Biggest Asset at this Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable and friendly, she made our 4 night stay go really well. Her English was perfect (thank goodness as my Italian is nonexistent!) Thank you Jenny Manager Luca was also very friendly. Food was good Yes as others have said carpets do need replacing but beautiful white sheets and fluffy white towels changed daily

Sono stata in qst Hotel insieme alla mia famiglia per passare un week end di tranquillità, mi sono trovata veramente bene, tutto il personale e il direttore sono molto disponibili ed educati, pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi desiderio. L' hotel è grande, da poco ristrutturato, le camere sono spaziose, molto belle e dotate di ogni comfort. La piscina interna termale è molto grande, e dall'interno si può accedere anche alla piscina termale esterna che si affaccia su un bellissimo parco. Pranzo e cena con porzioni abbondanti, si mangia veramente bene! Cè anche un centro Spa e benessere dove si può usufruire di diverse trattamenti (a pagamento),io ho fatto la fangoterapia che consiglio vivamente. Volendo comunque ci sono veramente tanti trattamenti da fare si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta 😅. Ah dimenticavo nell'hotel c'è il wi-fi gratuito e cosa molto importante per chi come me ha animali...anche loro sono i ben venuti!!! 😍. Consiglio questo Hotel per chi ha voglia di evadere dalla solita routine, per chi cerca un momento di tranquillità e benessere. Io ci tornerò di sicuro!!! 🤗🤗🤗
