Blood Stained blankets/sheets - had booked a room with two separate beds and they “upgraded” me to a suite with only one bed

This is the first negative review I have ever left.
Several bugs of some type. Room didn’t smell great and I slept on top of the sheets.

Nice room, a view of the body shop dumpster meant I stayed off the patio though…lol
The Denny’s has duct tape over the holes in the seats…a little tacky

The stay at this hotel was great as usual however it took over 25 minutes to get checked into the room due to low staff. Other than that it was a great stay.

Rooms were great we had 3. Haylie called us before we left home as a courtesy and made sure our rooms were together as one was booked under another name, so great thank you. Venus was great and very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again

Building was under renovation, and there was quite a mess throughout the hallways. Unit that we stayed in was not particularly clean, had a weird smell. The staff at the front counter seem like they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing, and did not provide the best service upon check in

Had a 1BR suite on the fourth floor. It was very nice - balcony, fireplace, full kitchen.. even a washer dryer!

Love the size of the rooms, kitchen is well equipped. My only negative was that the towels provided are on the small size and dingy
