breakfast time 6-9A ; an hour later in weekend. wash and dry fees for laundry are 1.5 dollars each

From the hospitality at Check-in to the very appealing and comfortable room to the impressive continental breakfast and the ease of Chdck-out, I was very impressed! It is a bonus that it is close to the local universities.

The lobby was clean, we were checked in promptly, and the room was clean, spacious, comfy and well accommodated. The only glitch we experienced was trying to check in online. The exact name of the app was not given, so I had to guess which one it might be. Then I had to have my Hilton number, which I did not have and could not find. At the very least, the exact name of the app should have been provided I spent 30 minutes trying to check in remotely and was unsuccessful. Ended up doing it the old-fashioned way.

The hotel is no smoking, but we had to walk through a smoking area complete with sitting areas right outside the entrance. There were probably 10-15 people smoking directly outside the main entrance.
The couch was old and torn up. The mattress had mold on the bottom. We had no room service as far as trash, towels, nothing. When we asked, we had to go get towels & a trash bag to empty our trash cans

We were attending our grandsons first college football game. The hotel was a perfect location, had friendly service, comfortable rooms with included breakfast, & a full kitchen for other meal prep. We totally loved our stay.
