新開業的酒店公寓，環境沒得説，特別適合一家子在一起住一個大房間。兩卧室房間真的好寬敞，有三個衞生間，非常的乾淨整潔。但是海景不是特別完美，因為海中有一些在建的樓。同時作為新開業的酒店有一些設施已經壞了，比如窗户拉門的把手、門檔。另外就是酒店公寓是跟洲際酒店共用一個早餐地方，洲際酒店真的好老啊，餐廳真的好擁擠，每次要步行10分鐘走過去，沿路風景還是非常美的

這家洲際 不管是服務 硬件設施 軟件設施 都很好
半夜入住 有五個值班人員 值班經理並沒有偷懶 很熱情的辦理入住 打招呼並且安排禮賓車送行李

The hotel is absolutely perfect! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. Fairouz was exceptionally helpful and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Staying at intercontinental is always the best decision. I can freely relax and enjoy my weekend after tiring weekdays 😊 I really like the new facilities all modern and well clean. Even I'm alone I can't feel it since all of the staffs are friendly if I need anything they are always helping me out I really love to eat also to Jones social all the food is delicious and the restaurant itself is Instagramable thanks to mica for recommending it

My dear sister got married last week and we decided to stay in intercontinental we were welcomed and greeted warmly by Mika shes polite and professionally handled our stay my kids really like her , the rooms is very nice all is luxurious and modernly new.

I am regular guest of intercontinental so that I tried to stay in the new property the residence side im also regularly staying in the lobby since they have modern elegant and luxurious style of the lobby which I like and they can serve coffee as well with breath taking I love how the reception and concierge being accommodating and friendly with me hi Micah and anis I will definitely come back

It was really nice experience in Intercontinental residence Abu Dhabi my wife and I spent 3 days they have amazing service and nice view from our apartment we got enjoy our date night with wine and steak from the Jones social thanks to Mr.anis and ms.mica for suggesting the new restaurant.

We just have returned home from Abu Dhabi we stayed in this residences since we have big circle of friends we preferred to have big rooms and private beach we feel like it's reserved only for us staffs are polite may kabayan micah and her friend from Tunis anis

I’ve been staying at the Residences since November 2023. The accommodation and facilities are superb. The service from all employees is exceptional. A special thanks to Zaman who is one of the most attentive and helpful concierge/valet/door staff/friend you could ask for.
