Bad attitude from one hostess, and dishonesty To deal with Custmers and deal with the look to severe , I was suffering every time to fell my glass , he must not work in this place giving bad reputation to the area, and inviting his friends to place he work at giving them the periority to serve and showing impolite finger sign in front of all “(next to my table)”

Good response with extremely organisation and cooperation for all staff and room service person helpful,the food quality and the taste is very good during Ramadan days and easy processes for check in and check out.

Clean accommodation with reasonable price in the mimiddle of the city,..Friendly Staff with great hospitality,..Special thanks to Musthafa at the Front Desk and all other service staff, well maintain hotel with affordable price I will come back

Novel Hotel is a very good hotel located in the center of the capital of the United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi. The prices in the hotel are very good, when I mean price and quality in one. There is a paid parking area around the hotel, which is convenient for people with cars. There are also many shops.

The staff is very kind and helpful. All our requests were readily fulfilled. Our room was nice and clean, very good value for money. The hotel is in the middle of the city, easy to go everywhere from there. You will find many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
