Good location for the property, closed to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Bit old facilities, i think system also was obsolete. I was surprised when staff from restaurant approached me stating that my booking was not with breakfast. I showed him my confirmation that i paid extra for it, he called the reception to check. He let me talked to reception first before taking food which not normally happening im other hotels.
Check-in and check out was shift with staff, Ibrahim.

Terrible service, not friendly staff. The staff from Housekeeping were annoying, on the very first day of check-in, they asked me to write and leave a 5* review on Google, after they refused to immediately leave a review, the staff stopped responding to requests. I have never encountered worse service anywhere. And the hotel is very old, but one can say cozy, except for some shortcomings in the bathroom: water flows from the tap, the plumbing is wobbly, and everything else is very old.

Great location, Great Hotel and service. One thing though that really exhausted me was the check in, that too was not actually the hotels fault. I landed at 7 am and requested for an early check-in but the hotel couldn't accommodate the same, they were offering me an upgrade from my junior suite but a non smoking one which I refused since I'm a heavy smoker. Anyway would go again but be wary of the time you land. I finally got my room at 1pm still an hour before official check in so yeah, they tried their best.

Simply ‘WOW!’
The staff were so nice and friendly and everything was on point.
The hotel is super clean, the breakfast buffet is outstanding with variety and quality food.
Also, special shout-out to the amazing Elizabeth who gave us an upgrade because it’s our honeymoon. She was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back because of her.

The Hotel personnel are very warm and attentive. The place is nice and well maintain for cleanliness.The operator are very accomodating for concern.The room and amenities are spacious and very neat.A very nice place to relax and stay.Will surely comeback next time.A happy stay 😀.
