The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The Hotel and room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Service was great. Breakfast was ok. Pool was nice though. Just wish it was deeper but I know that’s how they are now a days. Staff was super nice and helpful

They had just finished remodeling the hotel and whoever did it, did not do a good job. There was paint on the floors in both rooms I was in that was not cleaned up. It did not have the class that I felt the Hilton brand should have. The bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean.

Bed Bugs. Let's just get to the worse part of this hotel. My daughter told me at 10:30 pm at night that there is a bug crawling on her. It was definitely a bed bug that was alive. So that's extremely a bad situation. We took photos, told the person at the front desk. Didn't seem to be alarmed. Said she Ould contact the GM. To this day after 5 days...no call from the GM. I called several times. We had to check out and get a new hotel 6 miles away. I usually stay in Marriott properties and have Elite Status. Will never go back to Hiltons. 1 day later get the bill for both nights including the night we left. Unbelievable. Having to dispute it with Amex. I'm a seasoned traveler and stay in hotels probably 60 nights a year. So I know hotels. Don't stay here! Trust me. Now the daunting task of fumigating our suitcases...etc. Ughhh.

I became tired while traveling and decided to pull over and find a room for the night. My room was perfect, and quiet. Exactly what I wanted and needed. The counter clerk that checked me in was attentive and pleasant. The lady at breakfast was friendly and when I checked out the next day I got a smile. Perfect

Hampton Inn is not what it used to be I would never stay here again. It was way more money than it was worth. Hampton is not the quality it used to be, the hotel is gone down not maintained as it should be, the linens aren’t nearly as nice as they used to be. When we arrived at the check-in, desk was empty. Room appeared clean, however, did not have working lamps and some lightbulbs were burnt out or not working. The breakfast in the morning was a joke, they had a waffle maker, but no waffles oatmeal pot with no oatmeal couldn’t even find a plastic knife to spread our butter on our muffin, the only toast offering. I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for a stop over. Staff was very friendly. They offered to put my ice pack in their freezer. Room is always very clean. Beds are comfy and the included breakfast is an added bonus.

The hotel was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the odor in the hallway.
