Excellent all around! Easy parking with double access (the back is quieter than Brunker road). Great remote communication from the staff - although we never saw anyone in person, which I was a little worried about shall there be any issue. The room was clean and smelled clean upon entry. Well-appointed and spacious, we had everything we could possibly need, and the quality of the appliances was notable. Lots of pillow options and nice bathroom products from hand soap to lotion. Very quiet and pleasant stay, we are already thinking of coming back. Something to consider for families, our room did not have a "child" lock, so if your kids tend to open doors, they could easily exit the room.

No complaint about the presentation of the room, clean, comfortable and quiet with parking outside the door. Check In was unpleasant, I had a problem with the pre-arrival emailed questionnaire and decided to wait and complete details at reception after arrival, but there is no reception, and a phone contract number on the locked door. I phoned and was told that the mobile phone number I provided was incorrect and I could not be contacted so would I complete the emailed form again. Note that payment for one night had been taken already. I found that my town name was not what I had given so I changed that and the mobile phone number. But I was asked to pay for the second night before I could be told how to enter the room. Tired after a day out and driving long distance I tried again using my computer. And after a while I noticed a separate link for payment and paid for the second night. And then I received a text message with room security code. During my second phone call I tried to explain to the person who had answered that I had already paid for one night so why could he not simply charge the second night and save me trouble and time. He argued it was all about motel security. I was saying that other motels have no such problem and he cut me off. I refuse to complain about the room standard because it was very good. But service at arrival was a bad experience and has not encouraged me to stay again.

The room was spacious and clean with crisp linen. The fan and air conditioner were on, so the room was a lovely temperature for our arrival. Our room was lovely and quiet and we could park at the front of our room nice and close. It was great getting a text with the access code for our door.

My experience was extremely disappointing, after driving from Surfers Paradise to Adamstown, 697kms with my family and knowing I had another 1,000km drive the next day, my family were looking forward to a quiet night in this motel. Why can’t people have respect for each other, or at least if you complain to owners, (who are actually not on site and use noise monitoring devices to gauge the levels of noise “or that’s what they told me via a text message”, and by the way also give you a code number for your room via text message and request you put a sign on the door handle in the morning to make up the room, that I would assume a person who lives locally cleans, because no one from management were onsite. I sent a text message after 11pm, complaining about the ridiculous amount of noise from other guests via text message, which was never responded to. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone if you’re looking for a more personal and active management approach when it comes to your expectations of a quiet overnight stay.

It's not the best property for someone in a wheelchair or has mobility issues as there are no lifts or ramps to the top levels and no ramps to get onto the ground level verandah, no grab rail next to the toilet and the shower screen nmade it impossible for anyone to have a shower as you couldn't get through it unless you super slender and best to book direct with the property if you want a refund instantly

Beautiful room (standard triple), bedding and towels were comfortable and smell lovely. Really nice hand soap/handcream/ body wash/ shampoo and conditioner provided. Spoke to guest services through text and they were accommodating and lovely. Not to bad a drive from shopping centres and a few options for restaurants close by.

Property was easy to access no contact check in and out was convenient. Room was good location was ok. nearest food options were limited but adequate for short stay. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet place to stay. Everything was comfortable, warm and clean. Felt safe on my own. Staff checked if I needed anything. Very convenient location, close to everywhere I needed to go. Food close by. Stayed 4 nights will stay again.

It was an overnight stay. Close (walking distance) to the event we were in the area for. Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning. The only communication we had with management was by phone and email. There was definitely road noise in our room but thankfully not at night.
