Price was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, lobby and room were clean and modern looking. The hotel is located in a good, quiet area, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but definitely not the worst. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Dallas

only complaint i have is the pool did not live up to the pictures online. it qas way smaller and a little dirty

Front desk very helpful in directing us to the right hotel. Our travel instructions had the wrong hotel listed. :(

We loved our one night stay here, it was cheap, clean, and accessible and usually you only get one out of the three so I was very happy with our stay.

DO NOT stay here if you are in town for multiple days! We were a family of 5, 2 rooms and in town for 5 days, 4 nights. 3 in one room and 2 in the other. This location did NOT have enough towels nor did it have a working ice machine on all floors. The ONE and only ice machine that was working was on the 1st floor and it was always out of ice! When asking for more towels, because only 2 of each were provided, we are consistently told that either the laundry team left the towels in the washer and gone home OR they were out. With this being a Radisson Hotel, I did expect it to be much MUCH better but it was NOT. I will not stay at this location again!

The property was nice and clean inside. The only things I didn’t like was that the pool was dirty and looked like it had algae in it and also you can tell the bathtub wasn’t cleaned..
