Hotel Welcome Palace

Food is always as good as it was but room was little old one still i can say o. K. And being centre of the town its very to get any commute to anywhere

I mean everything is good tbh staff is good but the only thing that i don’t like is they didn’t assisted me regarding the wifi issue

The property is situated at the heart of the city, opposite of the post office. If anyone wish to feel the hustle-bustle of the citylife, can choose the hotel. The food is good. A number of items given in the complimentary breakfast items. That is also good. But all the other things, the ambience, amenities are just like a cheap hotel ( though surprisingly it is shown as three star hotel. Stinking smell in the corridor, iron-coloured muddy running water, broken tap and commode-seat, no arrangement of electric kettle and even a glass for drinking water in the delux room very disappointing. The doors are very tight and problematic for users specially for the old people. The lift service is also very poor. The *** is the front office at the morning time behaves very rudely. We faced no running water flow in the morning time almost three times. In hotel welcome palace, we have to check out with very unpleasant memories. People should think twice before choosing the property.

Everything was good and up to the mark, but the room size was a bit smaller with respect to the price.

The hotel structure and elements have become old. The toilet seat was broken, the water was horrible dirty and full of iron. The floor was wet, the bedsheets and linen were not clean, too much of room freshener was used to cover the smell present inside and outside the corridoor. Rooms were also quite small compared to the price.

The room was ok ok and the bathroom was just horrible hand shower actually it was just a pipe with damage shower not good toiletries break fast was also very less verity ! ultimately i will give him 2 out of 10
