Can't praise this Hotel highly enough. From arrival to departure the staff went out of their way to ensure that you enjoyed every moment of your stay. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless by the room maids. The food was of a high standard and varied. The pool areas were maintained to a very high level. The manager Alexander was always to be found around the Hotel checking that everything was OK. A truly 5 star experience.

I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough! We had the most beautiful , relaxing holiday ever. Thank you to everyone !❤️ It is definitely a 5 star hotel experience at a 4 star price. Book with absolute confidence. You will not be disappointed. The manager Alexandro is a tremendous force of a warm welcome and has a real passion for his hotel. You know he genuinely wants you to have a great experience during your visit at the hotel. He greets you when he sees you - I saw him bring a newspaper to a guest on the beach personally! I saw him doing the odd menial task - setting an impressive example to his team. Obviously his energy is infectious and it filters down to the whole staff. Everyone we encountered was smiling and welcoming! It was absolutely amazing to feel so valued as a customer. From the beautiful woman who carefully cleaned and tended our room every day ( even on Sundays!) , the Chef present in the evening to see if you had enjoyed his gorgeous food , the young people who served us drinks on the beach… nothing appeared to be too much trouble! The room was gorgeous! What a view! The bed was so comfortable! The hotel has recently purchased new mattresses- and we definitely slept extremely well. In addition the beach sun beds were extremely comfortable too! If you are going to Crete… his is the place to stay!

We have just spent a wonderful week at this really lovely hotel. Everything was spot on, to the relaxing pool, panoramic views of the sea, cleanliness, local facilities, shops, buses etc. The food was excellent. There's a great selection of food at breakfast and evening meals times, we even had an Italian and a Greek evening with a complimentary drink. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Chania is only a bus ride away and well worth a visit. Reception also arranged a coach tour to Elafonisi beach for us, which is absolutely gorgeous. We also walked into Platanias but if you don't fancy the walk you can catch the bus. We took the fun train to the seven villages. The train was good fun but a bit uncomfortable after awhile and the tour wasn't the best, one of the others might have been better. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing time as it is an adult only hotel, great food and sea views with really lovely staff. We look forward to visiting again.

LOVELY hotel, warm and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. The food was excellent - lovely buffet breakfast and it was a surprise to have a buffet dinner as well - being vegetarian there were plenty of options and being a buffet you could try something and then go back if you enjoyed it - which we DID! LOVELY place to visit and we will be back.

Stayed with my partner and our daughter in her early 20’s .We wanted a lovely relaxing holiday and that’s just what we got. Fantastic hotel, we had a suite which was great, main bed very comfortable but the sofa bed which the daughter was in not so much, we had a big terrace and sun loungers which was lovely to relax on with great views. Alexander the manager is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive, making sure his guests are happy. All the staff we came across in the restaurant, pool bar, housekeeping, reception all very friendly and happy and smiling, they all work very hard. The food was amazing, plenty to choose from and varied, we enjoyed it. All areas lovely and clean, we used the pool a few times, also right on the beach if you prefer the sea to swim in. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss in our room at times but worked well down in reception/lobby area.We caught the bus to Chania beautiful place, which was easy to do although gets very full, be prepared to stand and be squashed in. We also walked to Platanias not too far, lots of bars/restaurants along the way. We would like to thank Alexander and his amazing team for looking after us, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return Many thanks Lisa, Roy & Amy (room 318)

Excellent customer service. Staff were super friendly, helpful and always smiling. Dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent in terms of quality and variety. There was limited choice for vegans, but good variety of vegetarian dishes. Very clean rooms and public spaces.

This hotel masquerades as a 4 Star hotel- its better than that. The staff couldn't be more helpful and made our stay absolutely stress free. My wife had a dental issue, the hotel found a dentist, made the appointment and booked the Taxi to take us there- We also got a QR code for the transfer to pick us up..it wouldnt work..the reception said to leave it with them..on our return they told me the time they would be picking us up. We had half board...the food was fantastic and the difficulty was in exactly what to choose...so much choice!. Speaking to other Holidayers they all said exactly the same- so they treat everybody as very special. Definitely returning...got to!!

We had an amazing & comfortable stay with Alexandra & his team. The service attitude & attentiveness was second to none. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Chania. He is easy accessible to Chania town & has a lovely private beach area.

Definitely worth staying here! We got bed and breakfast and the food was amazing, I imagine the food to also be lovely for evenings too. They have a pool bar which we took advantage of, which did lovely fresh lunches also. They were very accommodating the whole duration of our stay, and every staff member is so nice and very attentive- always making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return.
