This was our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. I am always skeptical about second hotel visits as often they don’t live up to your first experience, however this proved to be just as good, if not better. We had a couple of issues regarding our room, not really the hotels fault as our room was just a bit smaller than we had hoped, however they dealt with it perfectly. Alexandros, the hotel manager, could not have been more accommodating and offered us a choice of other rooms. This made us even more confident that this hotel was our favourite hotel we have ever stayed at. The friendliness of all the staff was amazing, they always remembered our room number when we ordered anything and greeted us like they knew us well but at the same time very respectfully. They were all the same staff from last year which was very comforting and gave us familiarity. The cleaning staff around the pool area, bathrooms were brilliant always keeping bathrooms to a very high standard. Housekeeping were also amazing. We will definitely be returning next year, which we have never done before - a third year in a row.

A wonderful Hotel. I couldn't fault it. Cocktails were wonderful! Michel at the bar was just wonderful. The beach and pool area were so clean and peaceful. Rooms were nice. The service was SO GOOD. Food was delicious. Gym by the back pool is great, All techno gym equipment. Towels, bottles of water. Although I turned up for yoga on Saturday and no tutor turned up?

Beautiful resort and location. The staff cannot do enough to look after you and make sure you are comfortable. I book the trip for my mums bday and we were very lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful jacuzzi suite. The hotel management always visible, ensuring high standard and a repertoire of performance, wine tasting, nice gifts in the room. You cannot go wrong. Will certainly return.

Our first visit to Crete or in fact any of the Greek islands The hotel is fabulous situated about 1.5 miles from the town. Very comfortable sun beds on the private beach or the pools around the resort 5 star rating was exactly how it was and more The food was amazing with 3 al la carte choices plus the vast array of hot and cold buffet The staff were amazing and a special mention for Michalis and Sonya who worked the bar in the evening. Definitely recommend Piato Restaraunt in the town . Will definitely return.

We stayed here from 4th to 11th May and had a sea view room . The setting is lovely with access to a private beach and the views are beautiful . It felt a little off season and may be a too quiet for some. The hotel is low rise and the grounds and so pretty .The breakfasts are really good with an extensive buffet and cooked to order options . We had the half board option but preferred to eat at the other restaurants with the half board option discount . These were really good particularly the Minatour where the sushi was fabulous. Unfortunately I broke my ankle on the first day and the staff went above and beyond to help . They were so kind and attentive . I would like to thank Nikos particularly who ferried me around on the golf buggies at any time of day. I would like to be able to review the other facilities but I was limited in my activities somewhat . Many guests were returners and I would love to return and be able fully take advantage of this lovely hotel

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Buzzers on the parasols, 1 buzz and the waiter would be on his way immediately. Sitting outside for dinner at the Greek restaurant, right by the sea, great food, a background of Greek music or a jaz trio and the temperature just right equates to being as good as it gets. I couldn't fault the place. We came here to crash out for a week and I have never been to a place better suited to that.

The hotel is very calming and well organised. Was very warm and quiet during our stay. Loved all the food from all the restaurants and service was friendly and cheerful throughout. Accommodation over two floors with private pool was fabulous and we also enjoyed the main pools and beach.

We had a wonderful weekend at St. Nicolas Bay Resort Hotel and Villas . A lovely hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location. We had an amazing room very big, clean with all the comforts and with a great sea view.The Hotel Manager Mr. Alexandros Glinos and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was gorgeous and the facilities were great! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

St. Nicholas Bay Hotel has been a cornerstone of our family memories for nearly 20 years. Beginning with my 15th birthday and continuing as I've grown to 33, this place holds a special place in our hearts. Every return visit feels like coming home.
