Mayıs ayında Elounda Körfezi'nde cennet gibi bir hafta geçirmeyi başardım. Personel yaptıklarını o kadar çok seviyor ki, kesinlikle hiçbir şey sorun değil! Odanız, havuzunuz, havuzunuz, zeytin ağaçlarınız olsun, mükemmel huzurlu mahremiyet alanları… tamamen cennet gibi. Hangi yöne bakarsanız bakın, manzaradan asla mahrum kalmayın! Sonra hareketli birkaç saat geçirebileceğiniz plaj ve heyecan verici su sporları var! En keskin damak zevklerine uygun şarap menüleri ile aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz çok sayıda restoran. Günü sonlandırmanın keyifli bir yolu! Yani eğer bu otel sizin için bir rakipse, bunu okurken tekneyi biraz daha ileri itin ve bu otelin ve bölgenin sunduğu lüksün tadını çıkarın diyorum. Bir kalp atışıyla geri giderdim 🥂❤️

5 yıldızlı konaklama, yemek ve hizmet sunan en kaliteli otel. Personel istisnasız son derece cana yakın ve yardımseverdir. İçecek fiyatlarının yüksek olduğu konusunda diğer katkıda bulunanlarla aynı fikirdeyim (4 kapasite için 28 avro) ancak satın almak sizin seçiminiz! Genel izlenim - muhteşem bir 5 yıldızlı tatil köyü. Geri döneceğiz.

We had originally booked Elounda Palace hotel but we’re told about a week before the holiday that we had been changed to the Elounda Beach Hotel and villas, they are both part of the same resort next to each other. It’s a big complex, we were in the main hotel in a sea view classic room, it was a little disappointing as the room and bathroom were a bit tired and in need of a refurb. We had a nice balcony with a sea view, immediately below the balcony was the roof of the breakfast restaurant which was a large expanse white strips of wood. The room was serviced regularly with towels and bedding changed regularly. We were half board and The service in the restaurants was excellent and the food of a high standard. Drinks were expensive but on the whole we felt the holiday was good value. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to have designated beach beds with towels provided and a bell to press for beach bar service. It was quite a walk up to the main road but there were buggies to take you there were you could then walk into Elounda in about 10-15 minutes.

Just back from a wonderful week at this amazing hotel. As ever the food, the staff, the accommodation were excellent. The inly slight downside to this visit was a rather badly behaved wedding party. However, the staff and the manager were consummately professional. We are so looking forward to coming back in September. Special mention to Iohanna. Xxx

We stayed in a bungalow overlooking the sea. We were upgraded to a wellness suite with jacuzzi, steam room/shower, treadmill, and weights. Though built starting in 1971, the expansive property is well- maintained. Beach, salt-water pool, shops, 4 restaurants, spa. We tried the gourmet and tavern Greek ones that were both fantastic. The staff were most helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was over the top for variety and quality.

Our stay at the Elounda Beach Hotel was wonderful. The hotel boasts a great beach with lovely views, and we thoroughly enjoyed the clear water and the comfortable beach chair setup. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean, although they had a bit of a dated look, which didn't detract from our overall experience. The on-site restaurants were quite pricey, so we opted to dine at the nearby Elounda Square, which was convenient since we had a rental car. The variety of local restaurants there was fantastic. A tip for future guests: bring bug spray, as there are some mosquitoes in the evening. Despite this minor issue, our stay was overall fantastic, and we would definitely recommend the Elounda Beach Hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

I cannot rate this hotel, the management and staff more highly. The attention to detail, warmth and friendliness together with the cleanliness and layout make it a venue I would like to return to again and again. The location is ideal with easy beach access, together with an excellent spa and pools. The food, menus and presentation are varied and tasty

Very comfortable hotel in a beautiful location. The staff go a long way to make your stay special - they work tirelessly to maintain the highest standards and are always helpful. The food is exceptional with a choice of 4 restaurants for dinner each evening. A wonderful private beach together with a large pool. An easy walk down into Elounda. The only down side - the exceptionally high prices for drinks.

The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the private beach and pool areas. Plenty of loungers and attentive beach staff. Our room was spacious , plenty of storage and we had a pool which we shared with three other rooms although it wasn’t heated. However, service didn’t meet the claims that they make. We are vegetarians so do not have high expectations for food but none of the seven restaurants had a vegetarian main. I had emailed prior to our visit to ask and received no reply. We asked the hotel services which restaurant we could eat at and she just asked me if I could use a tablet , handed me one and said look in there!!!! I did check again but nothing so I said to her that there was nothing and she just shrugged her shoulders and went back to her phone calls. Indifferent to the point of rude. Similar experience when I asked at breakfast if I could have a decaffeinated coffee and got a weak jug of instant. I was told it wasn’t possible to get good quality decaffeinated coffee due to the humidity (???) . Breakfast overall was mediocre, plenty of choice but not great quality. They lay tables with one knife,fork and spoon and when you’ve eaten something cooked take them away so if you want toast you have to wait for them to ask for a knife … and you do have to wait. Coffee took so long to arrive and order was usually wrong eg hot milk instead of hot water. Very poor for a hotel with such grand claims for quality and service. We do expect to pay more for things in a hotel but €8 for a small (plastic) tub of ice cream is a joke, but not a funny one. We also order a vegetarian sandwich at pool bar and got a salmon one, staff appeared very grumpy when we complained to the point that when they were were around loungers giving out sunglasses wipes two days later we were the only loungers she didn’t offer them to. We are not nightmare or difficult customers , we just expect to be made to feel that we are ‘valued guests’ which we certainly didn’t. However, Elounda itself is a totally different ball game. The hotel will take you in their electric buggies to the edge of the complex for free where there is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the town. Turn right at main gate and walk along the pavement until you see a pathway to the right, go down here and it’s a lovely stroll along the waters edge where the local restaurants are so pleased to see and serve you and where you can eat wonderful local food, three courses for two in our experience for the price of one main meal at the hotel. The hotel services woman told her not to walk there as it wasn’t a pleasant walk (it was windy that day, don’t know if she thought as we were in our 60’s we couldn’t make it or would blow over lol). You can of course pay for a taxi that they will order if you prefer. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there (a good 5* hotel would have picked this up) and we would have loved to have had dinner overlooking the sea at the hotel but sadly this was not meant to be.
