It's was amazing, and the very good experience at hotel dazzling, it's safe hotel and the staff is a friendly person, the room is a neat and clean

It was a great stay at hotel, the distance from taj mahal is about 3km and the hotel staff including the receptionist was very polite and professional

Everything was good.. hotel staff was professionally... Neat and clean rooms... Food quality was too good... Complete view of Taj Mahal from hotel Rooftop Incima... Hotel have own night club and in house guest entry free... Perfect hotel for my hotel

Hotel staff were very kind. The female staff at the restaurant were also nice and friendly. If you’re Japanese, you should bring extra toilet paper because there isn’t enough.Room was also clean and nice! When I said I wanted to exchange money, they did it immediately. Thank you.

1. The manager doesn't know that there's a booking. 2. The rooms given were full of mosquitoes, not cleaned at all. The shower had corrosion, when the tap was opened a bad smell was coming from the water. 3. Management tried to make us believe the room was cleaned. There was no handwash, no towel, no shower gel, bedsheets were smelly. After showing all this they changed our room. But the same continues. Please don't book this hotel. Worst experience!

Overall experience was pathetic, food service and careless staff behaviour is witnessed I do not recommend visiting there with family over pricey and below average quality not worth at all. Staff behaviour towards costomer is very poor.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, location... Close to the main train station and walking distance to the centre of town. Room is of a good size, everything is clean and works well. Well insulated against noise. Friendly staff.

Good location. I was there for an official conference. The hall was very large and had good ambience. The food during the lunch was not that great. However i would recommend this hotel as the location is in the heart of delhi and nearby places are a must visit.
