Schlechtes Hotel! Haben ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen. Auf den Bildern war davon natürlich nichts zu sehen. Das Zimmer war extrem warm und stickig. Insgesamt eine ungeheure Frechheit das überhaupt zu verkaufen. Ich würde jedem davon abraten hier zu übernachten.
Falls man sich doch zu einer Übernachtung in diesem Loch entscheidet kann man sich auf ein bebendes Bett dank des Zuges freuen, der alle 30min sehr hörbar und scheppernd vorbeifährt.

The hotel is beside the rail track. My room was of reasonable size, clean and had two bottles of water for free. Although my room faced the river, I barely heard it at night. The bathroom was clean. The employees were friendly and polite. The breakfast was good. This hotel will be my first option in my next visit to Aguas Calientes.

Owners very kind. Rooms clean and neat. Beautiful nature surroundings. The village is small so restaurants and shops nearby.

For a brief visit to Machu Picchu, Susanna Inn is the ideal choice. The welcoming and warm staff, particularly William, went above and beyond. He accompanied me to the bus ticket station, provided a mini tour, and ensured my comfort, creating a memorable experience at Susanna Inn.

We had the most amazing view of the river and mountains. The windows were great, open and you could see and hear the Amazon basin roar, closed it was silent. Slept great with it open or closed. This place had an amazing home cooked breakfast every morning. Family run and they treat you like family. If you need anything, just ask and they will accommodate you.

Nice little accommodation for our visit to Machu Picchu. My favorite part was the breakfast and it was probably the best breakfast meal I had during my whole stay in Peru. Not only was the food good but it had such nice views of the river. The rooms were ok. A little hot during the day because there is no fan and our TV didn’t work but otherwise a nice accommodation. Staff was pleasant and accommodating!
