Hotel Merwara Estate- A Luxury Heritage Resort

It was great, booked for my parents and they loved it

The overall experience is bad, totally dirty rooms, services are poor. Mosquitos was flying in the room.

The hotel view looks good infrastructure is bad. No toiletries, fan, tv does not work, house keeping staff do not respond food menu is meagre. Restaurant pathetic. External sound at night. One could not get a sound sleep a positive aspect is the customer service manager and his team, security guard. Very helpful

I paid for my family but i didn't know that i would have to share room with couple of lizards and ants.

I must say, it was a downright nightmare. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i knew i was in for a rough stay. First off, the customer service was atrocious. The staff seemed completely indifferent to my presence, offering minimal assistance and even less hospitality. It felt like i was inconveniencing them just by being there. As for the room itself, it was a disaster. The furnishings were outdated and worn, giving the whole place a dingy, depressing vibe. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and don't even get me started on the state of the bathroom. It was dirty, with mold creeping up the walls and a shower that barely produced a trickle of water. And let's talk about the noise. I might as well have been trying to sleep in the middle of times square during rush hour. The walls were paper-thin, allowing every cough, conversation, and slamming door from neighboring rooms to echo through mine all night long. It was like a symphony of sleep deprivation. Oh, and did i mention the "complimentary breakfast? what a joke. The selection was pitiful, with stale pastries and watery coffee being the highlights. I've had better meals at gas stations. Overall, my stay at merwara estate was a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay. Anywhere else.

Poor cleaning, bad smell everywhere, the worst service, avoid it, they only serve for functions and weddings. Disappointed

From the time of check in reception staff told me that there is no elevators in the property after that talk about room size they mention room of 529 sq ft but room is around 300 sqft. There is lots of mosquito and rekhta ( makri) in the room and small small insects on the bed. After complain g they just s prey the room freshner. After complaining they come to me at 1 am and ask me to change my room. I booked lake view room also i paid extra for this but they offer me city view room. Overall expireance is very poor

The hotel looks antique with its great heritage but it desperately needs a serious maintenance. The room was neat and tidy. The washroom, hot water were not running, the cushion cover and the bed runners are too old, and the curtains are also run down, even the windows were dirty. The service overall were satisfactory, the staff were quite polite, the buffet seating area is in great need of makeover. It is regrettable to point out that such a remarkable hotel seating in a perfect location, to be so close to its truly beautiful state just out of loutrous touch.

Huge property with lavish size of rooms & bathroom. Food & service was too good. It was our royal stay.
