I must say, it was a downright nightmare. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i knew i was in for a rough stay. First off, the customer service was atrocious. The staff seemed completely indifferent to my presence, offering minimal assistance and even less hospitality. It felt like i was inconveniencing them just by being there. As for the room itself, it was a disaster. The furnishings were outdated and worn, giving the whole place a dingy, depressing vibe. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and don't even get me started on the state of the bathroom. It was dirty, with mold creeping up the walls and a shower that barely produced a trickle of water. And let's talk about the noise. I might as well have been trying to sleep in the middle of times square during rush hour. The walls were paper-thin, allowing every cough, conversation, and slamming door from neighboring rooms to echo through mine all night long. It was like a symphony of sleep deprivation. Oh, and did i mention the "complimentary breakfast? what a joke. The selection was pitiful, with stale pastries and watery coffee being the highlights. I've had better meals at gas stations. Overall, my stay at merwara estate was a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay. Anywhere else.
