Villas DeRosa is located on a nice stretch of beach. It is a small quiet property. Very relaxing. There is a kitchen on site for breakfast lunch and dinner, There is also a little beach bar / restaurant next door. So no need to leave the property if you don't care to. We had a
one bedroom beach front unit which was perfect. Not fancy but well equipped and clean. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Living room sliders opening to a beautiful ocean view.
And Tony, the manager is the best. He can help you with anything.. Personal service is above and beyond.

Tony was an amazing host. If you want a nice hotel that is literally right on the beach, and away from the bulk of tourists this is the place. The ocean view condos are awesome!!

Very nice beach location. Good snorkeling right from shore; best access one hundred yards north on the beach. The only thing that was a little weird is that you're asked not to flush toilet paper down the toilet; place it in the trash can.

Super relaxing stay. Tony at the front office was nice and very helpful with information and gave us a quick walk around the property. The place has a great mexican beach vibe with the beach right outside your door step. Super nice especially for us traveling with a 4 year old. They offer room service which we did not take advantage of but there is also a beach side restaurant next door within walking distance which was very nice. Highly recommend this place is your looking to get away from the large resorts and get a quieter experience in the area.

We loved the solitude of the location. Very few people to disrupt the vacation. Tony was a excellent concierge and was always available!

We loved the charm of this property, although it isn’t fancy or high end, the location on the beach and the food is outstanding! We had a very windy and rainy night, and how cool was it that Tony delivered our dinner to our room! We also had breakfast in the room the next morning, and it was delicious and fresh. Thank you Tony!
