Good communication with people in charge of the place. Good location. Nice bed and comfortable room. Nexpresso machine at the room with 4 capsules. Heater also in the room so temperature was quite nice. Clean and silence. The only improvement? Price!, but this Iceland !

The room was beautiful and cozy. We ended up in a bad situation and the owners let me stay in a room after we had already checked out until the situation was over. They did their best to help even though they didn't have to. They were really kind and helpful. The location was also a big plus and they watch out for your security.

Cozy and nice apartment. Small living room, kitchen, one bedroom w/ one bathroom. Good choice in Akureyri city center. We booked just hours before of arrival and we got a good apartment. An email is sent with all instructions.

The apartment was not up to standards. One room had no window so that room was hard to sleep in. The apartment was not cleaned properly on arrival, cigarettes stubs on the balcony, the toilet seat was broken. The TV was not as advertised it was tiny. The couch was broken so you could not sit on one site. Tried talking to the staff but got little to no response or rude responses. We stayed for 5 days and there were no trash bags or a broom in the apartment so we could not clean properly.
