This hotel is in an amazing and unique location, looking at the stunning Liwa desert, where the movie Dune was filmed. I’m pleased to inform you that the rooms are actually better looking than the images on booking websites.
There are a few short comings though: the activities are limited compared to other hotels (could be the hotel being brand new at the time of my stay), while the staff are very kind, sometimes it takes multiple calls to the reception to get something done.
Overall, at around 300USD per night, this hotel is THE best bang for the buck you can get for a room of this class.

這家酒店就如它的圖片一樣讓人充滿期待，它的位置優秀，讓人完全置身於沙漠中，是絕佳的欣賞日落日出的地點。但是，它的服務和設施絕對稱不上合格，在我的經歷中，員工都很友善，但是他們難以回應客人的需求。第一，我透過Room Dining服務要了一份Shawarma,和一份黎巴嫩雞肉，服務員用時超過50分鐘才送達，跟承諾的30分鐘相距甚遠。第二，送來的餐食不是我點的shawarma, 而是 salmon,為此我兩次聯絡酒店餐廳處理，並等候超過兩小時（從8pm 到 10pm），沒有任何員工與我聯絡，並糾正錯誤，最後我不得不為此付出時間和金錢。第三，第二天我向接待處說明此事，無得到解釋和道歉。他們承諾透過電郵解釋，但是也沒有兌現。
如果你需要使用車輛運送行李，或者來往villa和lobby，根據我的經驗，請預留10-20分鐘，你也可以步行，但是要忍受烈日和高溫，或者寒冷。
泳池水比较邋遢，有垃圾。
整體來說，我願意再次前往這個地方，但是這個度假村的服務是它最大的遺憾。

Espectacular. Increíble el lugar, parece una película. Las instalaciones preciosas, la piscina y barbacoa, la cama, la presión de la ducha, la televisión interactiva, todo. Merece la pena cada céntimo que vale. Por no hablar del personal. Súper atento, pese al inconveniente de no saber nosotros inglés. Un 10, de verdad.

新開的酒店，服務很好，設施也非常棒，位於沙漠裏風景很好，衹是活動項目有限，如果想要體驗沖沙之類的暫時都沒有，建議儘快完善

Liwa dunes are a fantastic setting where every experience is breathtaking. We stayed in 2 bedrooms villa. Comfortable and clean. The private pool was great. The views are stunning anytime of the day. The electric carts shuttle service works very well between villas and main building. The spa was great experience The staff is friendly and helpful It was quite hot so activities were limited. But we did archery and that was fun. The hotel restaurant is humble but fair enough. Lunch buffet was slightly under par but dinner buffet and bbq grill was better. Overall experience was great even though the Liwa magic does most of it. Some point that could be better: - there is no mini bars and drinks have to go through in room orders. - the hotel has no bar or lounge for ling drinks which could be great to have especially in the good season - in summertime there must be better drinking water dispensing. - might be good to consider shampoo and showergel holders inside the bath cubicle We will definitely come in winter season for a more complete experience. The rooms are big, well designed and enjoyable. The villa's pool is small and offers very little privacy. The restaurant should be avoided as much as possible, which is possible because there is a fireplace to cook your own bbq in the small garden of each villa. The staff dramatically lacks professional training. Don't get me wrong, they are friendly but usually clueless.
