Beds were great, room was nice, staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Bathroom looked clean but had a strong odor of mold/mildew; I spilled some powder on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up I discovered the floor was very dirty (tissue was black!). Was a little disappointed there was no discount offered due to the broken elevator, but overall still a decent stay.

To me, the beds were hard as a rock. If they could invest money in new mattresses I would definitely come back. Otherwise I would probably try to find somewhere else to go.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past. Overall it was not as clean as I remember during previous visits. The wifi was absolutely terrible and the worst I have ever experienced. It kept disconnecting from my phone and was so slow on my laptop it kept me to get any of my work done in a timely manner.
Staff has always been great and the breakfast is always good.

Was convenient to White Sands National Park. I would not stay there again because there are many more options

I had emailed the hotel several days before looking for a recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner options and never received a reply. The elevator was out of service but they did advise me of this through a voicemail ahead of time.

Very nice property! Warned before leaving town for Alamogordo, NM that their Elevator was out of service with an e-mail and PERSONAL PHONE CALL! Not a problem worth canceling the room over. Numerous Food Establishments, well within walking distance from fast food to Very Nice sit down restaurants! Complimentary Breakfast, Afternoon Snack and Cold Bottled Water were very nice perks! Staff was Very Friendly and Attentive to all requests or any help.

Elevator was not working and handicap rooms were on 2nd floor. Property is dated, felt slightly lower than a Quality Inn as far as decor furnishings. Carpeting in rooms was carpet squares, sheets were cheap, pillows uncomfortable. Heat was from a radiator type unit and the thermostat was capped at 78 and the unit did not keep the room at a constant temperature. I would say it ranged by 10 degrees. There were no luggage carts on property.

Nice hotel but we had the misfortune to come when the elevator was broken and we had a 3rd floor room. We greatly appreciated the special phonecall we got a day in advance telling us it was down in case we could not manage stairs. That was above and beyond! Loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves that evening.
