It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Rajesh ji and the staff members were very cooperative. The food served was also delicious. The best thing about the resort is it is situated beside Vemband lake, the longest river in India, and resort authorities provided a facility wherein one could easily go for the house boat ride and speed boat ride directly from the resort.

Exclusive and Excellent Experience if I have to describe the place. The place is amazing and relaxing, really a place to unwind and relax. I had visited the place with my family and looking for place which would not away from hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing weekend. Staff’s are quite friendly and made us comfortable on the entire stay. Calm and peaceful resort, well equipped with wifi, hot water supply, swimming pools. Tidy rooms and clean water to drink. Swimming pools are maintained regularly. Delicious vegan breakfast. Dropoff after your stay is also available on request.

When I made my booking at Shantitheeram, honestly I had doubts if ayurveda therapy could actually work so well for destressing. I am really glad that it all worked much beyond my expectations. The peaceful setting, Dr. Anju’s care & therapies, Asha’s hands ***** with simple meals and the staff’s ever smiling faces did wonders. The 4 days that I spent there were real stress busters. It was my first experience with some therapies like shiropichu, shirodhara, takradhara and I believe they blew away all the stress. I feel my batteries are now charged for a few months, and whenever they are drained, I am visiting Shantitheeram again.

We visited Shantitheeram in the last leg of our Kerala trip. It was a last-minute booking and certainly the best. We stayed in heritage room on the lakefront and it was a lovely feeling. It was a memorable and beautiful stay in every sense. Yoga in the lawn, the delicious breakfast, the shikara ride in the lake, the evening in the pool - everything was perfect. We both had ayurvedic body massage followed by steam therapy. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anju for her advice regarding foods suitable for our body types. We will highly recommend this place.

Constipation and bloating were daily issues for me. The Ayurvedic treatments and Yoga sessions at Shantitheeram worked wonders. I feel lighter, and my digestion has improved dramatically. The calming lakeview, nice rooms in the old cottage and supportive staff made the experience even better.

We really liked our stay at Shanthitheeram. We were the only guests in the entire resort and loved the feeling of being pampered. The highlights of our stay were the ayurveda massage and the beautiful rains. I can't forget the sound of raindrops all night. We will certainly visit again. Keep it up !

I was struggling with chronic acid reflux for years. After 2 weeks of treatment at Shantitheeram Ayurveda, including Panchakarma and dietary changes, my symptoms have significantly reduced. The integration of Yoga helped me manage stress better, which was a major trigger for my condition. My sincere thanks to the entire team an Shantitheeram for all the care and hospitality.

Unmatchable view of Lake & Kumarakaon. Nice garden, pool and luxurious rooms. We booked rejuvenation package that included ayurveda massages. 10/10 rating for each service and facilities. Lot of picnic places nearby so really enjoyed.
