Food was very nice and excellent services also to good Mr. NALIN has given a verry good take care of us , Nalin was given a nice pkg and the food was verry good .Mr. ASIT chef verry good take care regarding the food always he done a verry good job. The receptionist Namitha she is very coporative . Sarjid provide a verry good services. Arrokutty resort verry nice.

After my stay at Club Mahindra, Munnar, we came down for a short stay to Club Mahindra, Arookutty, and this resort is beautifully different from the rest. It's set in the back water area of Alleppey and it does give a beautiful personal touch to the local style statement. It definitely maintains the great Mahindra brand name in a unique Kerala way. Loved the overall experience and found the rooms to be very neat and clean. It has a great and huge garden area which touches the backwaters and the sunrise and sunset makes the overall vibe even more great.

Location is beautiful next to lake. Rooms are spacious n modern. Radhika front desk provided us with great room n early check in. She is very hard working n lovable. Nalin restuarant manager is great proffesional with personal touch. He works hard for revenue of mahindras but also provides great deal. Plus he has his personal magic. He interacts, understands & executes. All the best to him & others at resort.

Hotel property is cool and good place to enjoy with family. Food is very good and staff is also very cooperative . Little improvements reqd for entertainment of guest . Rest all are good. We enjoyed a quality time with family and will suggest others also

The ambience and food served was so good. Each food item was delicious and perfect to taste. The spread in terms of the menu was just apt to be called as sumptuous. The room was comfortable and cozy. Airconditioner worked perfectly though a minimal water leak. Like wise the men's urinal in between the reception and restaurant is leaky

We came hare for family vacation and we are very happy with food and service special thanks to chef Asit and from restaurant Hasan ,Humayon ,Poonam,Abhinand,Pabantika,Sajir,Mijanur hopefully we will visit again resort also very good and staff very friendly but we just want to give suggestions for little more activities for family

Good service at the restaurant. Fish platter was really nice and totally worth it. A must try here! Mr. Nalin from the restaurant was very helpful and courteous. In room dining is also a good option as timely ness of the restaurant room service is great.

Food and hospitality was excellent. We came for a vacation we are thoroughly enjoy here view is very good stay also very nice. Thanks for providing this type of hospitality. Chef need increased your food items almost same. Specifically thanks to Hasan for helping us. All the staff are good Nalin is very kind for helping. Thanks team arrokutty.

Excellent food and amenities,good behaviour of the staff, house keeping services are excellent. Other activities like indoor games,swimming and shikara are good. I myself enjoyed a lot, this place is peaceful and well connected with Alleppey back waters.
