The apar**ent was located in a great position in Albany / 5 minute walk to town and the waterfront. We didn’t cook while we were there for 2 nights but the property had bare essentials if you plan on cooking. Apar**ent was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Was smallish 2 bedroom apar**ent. Ground floor with apar**ents above so didn't get much natural light in living areas. Plenty of seating area for 4. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

Property is fine, location is very good, easily walkable into the main street of Albany, ammenities are ok but cleanliness is letting this place down. No major issues but all the dishes/cutlery needed to be washed before use and the outside areas were dirty, also a few small issues such as the plug in the bathroom not working properly but nothing to stop anyone staying here. This is the second time we stayed at this property, first time (several years ago) we rated it 5 stars, this time 4

Quite spacious, but lacking some basic kitchen items. Microwave but no bowls, no serving bowls. Insufficient towel hanging. Could do with a spruce up, sink needs a good scrub and nothing to do it yourself. Small improvement could make this difference from ok to excellent.

The property is easy to find and it’s very near to Albany town Center, just 5 mins drive away there’s supermarket. The property is well kept and comfortable.

Stayed in Raven unit. Basic but comfortable, however only had 2 drinking glasses. TV control only works if point directly/precisely at remote sensor on TV. Took a while to realize this and hence trying to use channel changer and volume control on TV for first night.

We chose this apar**ent as it was walking distance to York St and the cafes and shops, but we were also delighted by the lovely view of the harbour from the driveway! The place was extremely clean, modern and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay (plus more!) We did however need a BBQ and as we couldn't find one, we messaged our host Gavin, who brought one around for us to use later. When we tried to start the gas BBQ however, we could not get it to work as the flame went out as soon as the knob was released. We again contacted Gavin for any tips, but instead he was at the apar**ent within 10 mins with a replaqcement BBQ! We thought that this was great service as we were prepared to cook our meat while holding the knob in!

This accommodation is very comfortable and includes everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We have been here two weeks and have enjoyed the Netflix the Wi-Fi the quality cooking utensils and furnishings. Would recommend. Is an easy walking distance to town and restaurants.

Clean and comfortable apar**ent. Great location walkable to the historical area of Albany. Only points I could fault were lack of clothes dryer and there were no pegs for the close line when we came to use it.
