州政府在旁邊，位置很好，酒店很乾凈，房間很大，終於見到被子有被套，浴室門輪子設計很好，不遠處有小型戰艦可參觀

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so helpful, from room service, ride to the concert venue, and the easy walk back with being out in the elements. The food was so yummy, we had lunch and breakfast via room service. The lobster grilled cheese, hot pastrami sandwich, apple cinnamon pancakes, the yogert parfait,and everything else we ordered were the best.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The lobby and hotel ambience are very attractive. There conveniently is a great restaurant inside. Our room was very clean with the exception of a cracker crumb on the carpet, but I won't complain about that.
We stayed in a room with a king bed and it was very spacious. The separate sitting/laptop work area are a nice touch.
We stayed at this particular hotel because it was extremely close to MVP arena, so it was in a very convenient spot. We felt safe staying there and we'd definitely stay again!

Our room was next to elevator. Was up ALL night because of the drunk people coming and going. Worse night at a hotel, ever. Don't ever stay in a room on any floor with the last two numbers are 27 or 28

We stayed here for the weekend, the service was great overall. The staff was amazing at giving recommendations especially Anthony Coleman the shuttle driver, he was knowledgeable about the area, making recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Anthony made our experience one to remember.

Oh boy. I don't know how this Hotel got so many good reviews. That is why I booked it. Arriving there started bad from the reception, really dirty and run down place. The only good thing about the place was the comfortable bed.

I chose this property due to its proximity to The Egg Performing Arts center (1.5 blocks). Overall it was a good choice, parking plentiful and easy. A historic hotel, but the rooms were very large and modern. Drawback was that while the room was large, there were no chairs to sit in other than a hard, wooden desk chair. A room this size could have easily accomodated a club chair or sofa.

The staff at Renaissance Albany are amazing! I had a somewhat unorthodox, and kind of silly request and the staff here did not disappoint. Everyone was kind and helped with any and all problems. Check in was straight-forward. Checkout was simple and fast. Service was quick. Room was clean and big! Couldn't recommend enough!
To the staff member that hid apples in my room for my mini scavenger hunt request, you are the best! DFTBA!
