服務都還挺好的就是餐食很一般

Extremely clean but also very cosy. The rooms are very practical and modern and our kids loved them. The restaurant/breakfast room is amazing with a panoramic view, good acoustics and a nice a**osphere. The breakfast was very good. This is a hotel which offers more than a 3 stars superior! The kids club is a nice plus and our kids loved the activities in the evening. We would really recommend this hotel which has an excellent location in Savognin!

A modern practical Hotel in Savognin Locates 5 mins walking distance to the Bergbahnen Rooms have Balcony with a good view Spacious and Clean Very helpful and friendly personals Breakfast and Dinner was great for the price a wide variety. Recommended for Family for couples also They have kids area on the basement allowing kids to play downstairs while the adults can dine in peacefully in the very spacious Dining area

Room was nice, clean and reasonable size with small balcony. We didn´t like pillows with synthetic filling and polyester sheets not great but otherwise comfortable mattresses. Nice wellness area. Nice modern hotel, location close to ski lifts, free parking. Shame that the lady at reception when we arrived seemed not interested in providing any information at all other than location of lift and room number. No mention of the wellness area, ski room, play areas, rules for covid and mask wearing etc. she also seemed to have no idea that there is a playroom and kids club (although we later found out that kids club is non existent and is in fact only a meeting room kitted out with some books and a few toys.) Online they advertised kids entertainment in the holiday period (basteln and kinderdisco etc.) this was non-existent and no info was visible in the hotel either about it. We were halb pension - menus are displayed daily in the lift suggesting perhaps a more exciting dining experience than what you actually get. Breakfast buffet was ok, but the warm food at dinner was so unappetizing that one evening I just had salad. Basically the Halb Pension means warm buffet + soup/salad - do not expect to anything appetizing that has been sitting under a warm lamp. Kids even complained that their food was cold. Real shame. We even saw people bringing in take away pizza to the restaurant, I assume because they didnt want to eat what was on offer!!! The staff mainly were nice and tried to be helpful but seemed a bit confused at times. The reception and check in really is the first impression of a hotel, the lady we got was terrible - the man checking us out however was lovely. Some improvements definitely needed but all in all it was an ok experience. Not sure I would go back and if I did I would not do halb pension.

By far the cleanest hotel I've stayed in when in Europe. Beautiful setting, modern conveniences. They have a sauna on-site (but no jacuzzi or pool).

Brandnew property. Catering primarily to families with younger kids, but we felt very welcomed without. Very nice inside with lots of wood in the rooms. Good breakfast. Architecturally, the outside is rather unappealing.

Just came back from a two day trip to savognin. The hotel is brand new and hence the experience was awesome. The staff were amazing and helped us in every manner we requested. The room bathroom and we all shining. Great experience!

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Ski- und Velorqum, Fitness, Wellness usw... Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr gemütlich, ausserdem ist es sehr modern, darüber hinaus ist es schön, dass es einen Balkon hat.

Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sind geradlinig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Enttäuscht waren wir vom kulinarischen Angebot. Wir verstehen, dass es in der Nebensaison abends kein Buffet gibt, aber die Menu-Auswahl für Fr. 43.- war äusserst bescheiden.
