Elevators were not working, Side door would not unlock, you had to go through the front door only. Did not get the room that was booked. Street was loaded with homeless/vagrants. Nothing happened,but not a good look for your business.

No elevators so my wife, daughter, and 3 small children had to carry all their bags to the 4th floor. Your company is not available by phone to correct this kind of thing.

The elevator was not working and we were only told this after we paid for our room on the 4th floor

When we got to the hotel our reservation was canceled. On my end it still showed our reservation. Everywhere in town was booked now. Luckily the gentleman was able to put us in another room. But it was told it was a king suit with pull out couch. It was not!! Instead if our queen suite with double queen beds and sofa bed it was one king. My whole family had to squeeze into one bed. Makes for a roughy start to a road trip.

This property is a mess. I waited in line while the only person working at check in issued keys to an entire bus load of people. Then he told me the only rooms they had left for me were on the forth floor and the elevator was not working so I’d have to use the stairs. Having just had knee surgery that wasn’t going to work for me. When I asked him if he could transfer my reservation to another Hampton Inn he simply said no and told me he would reverse the charges on my Visa. So, Hampton Inn left me without a room as it was getting dark. I’ll never stay in your hotel again!

Elevator out of service. Carpet in hayhas seen better days. Tile in our bathroom is falling off the wall....

We had to make our own beds and take out our own trash. There was no housekeeping service for our room. I had to go down to lobby and get clean towels. We were there for 5 days.

Very beat up for a Hampton. Furniture dated and chipped. One elevator not working. No ice buckets in rooms.
