Excellent overnight stay the usual Holiday Inn high standards The room is big with 2 queen beds I only needed one

Good place for an overnight stay during our cross country road trip. Breakfast selection was great, offering moist omelettes and crispy bacon. If you’re looking for nearby food & drinks, check out 12th Street Tavern located 5mins walk from the hotel

The staff were friendly and worked with us when there was an issue with the booking. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy!

The property is right off the highway and easy to get to. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable The downside is the parking lot and surrounding area were patrolled at night by a security car to make sure the area is safe. We found out later that it is normal for that to occur in Albuquerque as the crime rate is one of the highest in the country. I always felt safe at the property

The staff were very friendly, the property was very clean, and lastly the breakfast was great with lots of choices!

The property and room were fine and well-maintained and we had good customer service upon check-in. But...an incident occurred which has led to this low rating. A "guest" entered our room at 10:18 p.m. while we were sleeping in preparation for an early morning departure. You cannot imagine how shocking, scary and upsetting this was. The night clerk never reported this to management. When we reported the incident to the morning clerk, she told us that management would not be in until 10 a.m. We expected a call from management that morning but obviously the morning clerk never notified management. We had to call management later that morning ourselves after checking out. This was an EGREGIOUS lapse in security procedures. No guest should feel unsafe staying in a hotel. A situation like this could lead to a potential shooting and enormous liability issues for your company. During the phone call, the manager was informed of all of this. She apologized and offered to comp our stay. (This credit has not occurred yet). We tried to tell her it wasn't about relieving us of the charge, it was about security...ours and all future guests.

Good coffee & food across parking lot. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. It’s in a busy area, but was very quiet at night.

everything good until Sat am breakfast.....breakfast doors opened 35 min late...crowds of people waiting....we wanted to leave early that day

We chose this property as it is very convenient to the interstate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
