Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. And the facility was quiet. No noise coming through the walls or from outside. Breakfast was okay. Would have preferred eggs to the waffles available. Also, it would help if there was a "cheat sheet" that lists breakfast times and info about the laundry facility. A code was needed for the laundry and quarters to use it. I'm not carrying a lot of cash on me and definitely not $4 in quarters. the front desk did help me with that, though.

THE PILLOWS ARE SO SMALL! Other than that everything else was comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were convenient and clean. Front desk helped with directions and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Warnings about breaking to vehicles in parking lot was disheartening. Staff helpful. Convenient to airport.

The gal at the front desk did not sign me up for the airport shuttle, or, it got miscommunicated to the shuttle driver.
In any case, that's not acceptable!!! There was no wake up call at 4am like I requested either. She switched me to another room due to maintenance issues and forgot to set the wake up call.
The airport shuttle vehicle is a piece of junk! The door doesn't work.

No Wi-Fi, very low water pressure in shower, no customer service, save one lady next morning

We were required to provide a $200 cash deposit because we are New Mexico residents. So we had to drive to an ATM before we could complete our checkin. The deposit is to be returned upon checkout. Days Inn Albuquerque should notify ******* about this policy. We are very grumpy tonight.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were amazing and the room had no problems whatsoever. I would come back again.

It was in a great location far from main hwy and it was in a quiet area. Very nice accommodations and the staff was also great.. Clean, safe area and the menu for breakfast was perfect..

The service was great, hotel clean, bed comfortable. The downside was maintenance issues. The elevator wasn't working (I was on the 3rd floor), several bathroom fixtures (fan event cover, soap dispenser) were screwed into drywall and coming undone. Doors needed paint, stairs missing small pieces of trim. A good maintenance team could make significant upgrades.
