Travelodge Stratford Alcester

Lovely welcoming staff, great handy hotel. Needs a little love and attention now though, definitely looking tired

This is a fair TL however it’s a little bit tired but it still met the general standard required. Had a lovely chat with Faye who was really helpful and pointed out a couple of things about landscaping to the front of the entrance. Slight odour on site, but I think this is a historic problem.

Very old fashioned this hotel. Room was small, bathroom was congested, no bath mates in shower , risky for old people like us 75+. First allocated room ‘a ceiling light was flickering, leak in toilet seat, making continuous noise. Complained to receptionist, got next door room, there were one set of towels missing. In spite of using electrical heater, room was not getting warm, may be there was some condensation. I have stayed in Travelodge at other towns, no complaints but this one, definitely need refurbishment.

My heart sank when I realised this hotel was on services but I needn't have worried as it was very quiet and peaceful inside!

reception was not polite, room very tire, shower just a trickle of water combined with bathroom light not working,noise inside corridors and outside in carpark.Very Tired building

Having never stayed in a Travelodge, we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of our room. It was clean & comfy. We will not hesitate to use again.

Lovely comfy bed, clean room and corridor areas.Very helpful staff on reception. One of nicest Travelodge we have stayed in.

All OK. Just not enough plug or USB sockets near the bed. Had to trail cables across from the side board.

Hotel a bit tired, but functional and met with expectations and requirements. Good night's sleep and good value. Pleasant stay, would use again
