Amazin hotel for family and super nice workers and staff. Amazing activities for whole family. A**osphere is absolutely amazing. Food is great and the new sports bar is very nice. I recommend this hotel to every family. And there are some very good hiking and cycling routes in Alcudia.

Could not fault this hotel and will 100% be back . Absolutely brilliant for kids. We have a 2 year old and he loved it. Lots to do and different entertainment every night which is so good. Our 2 year old took a shine to both Tony and Jonathon who went above and beyond for him and us. They were absolute gentlemen who made the trip even better. We are sad to be leaving but we will definitely be back next year!

Last day in viva big shout out to Jonathan pedro Carlos Maria Tony who looked after us so well amazin waiters and management I.ve been here around 6 times already love the place great a**osphere great shows the only hotel in alcudia that makes you feel so welcome.

We previously stayed at another Viva resort and enjoyed it so much we wanted a try another. The food and service was great- nothing to fault really. The rooms are spacious and clean and the entertainment team and activities kept the whole family happy.

Hotel was very clean and the facilities were good. Pushed the boat out and got a room with plunge pool which was great. All the tools were clean. Choice at the restaurant was good with a different theme every night. Went all inclusive so availability of drinks and snacks were excellent.

This place cannot be beaten for kids. It has everything kids would want in a holiday. They even won some medals.

Really good hotel lots of fun activities. Incredible personal, the I’ve been to so far. Will for sure come here again and recommend this to all my friends. Incredible hotel. Can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel. Been a pleasure! Really recommend this hotel for everyone adults so as families with children’s!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and worked so hard! The facilities were lovely and the food was delicious. Recommend highly!

Excellent hotel arrived at ten at night quick check in and there was a cold meal waiting for us as we had missed evening meal.Room was spacious and clean and they were cleaned every day , The food was excellent lots of choices and themed nights.All the staff were very helpful and friendly . Animation team always stop for a chat great bunch.big thank you to Johnathan,Tonny and especially the assistant manager .
