The hotel was lovely spotless clean staff extremely friendly and helpful rooms lovely clean the shower was hot and clean towels every day the food was lovely good choice for both breakfast and evening meals I would definitely recommend this hotel and good for families too the beds were very comfortable as well. Near to the beach and shops plenty eating places nearby

Excellent hotel with the friendliest of staff, all in a perfect location. We have been many times and hope to visit many more times. Relaxing hotel for adults but still have entertainment for kids and adults. Pool area is terrific and all inclusive is a bargain even if you only take soft drinks and water. Well done to Rosa and her team at reception. The restaurant and staff work so hard too so big shout out to Jesica, Ana. Manica et al. Thanks for making our holiday so great.

We stayed self catering, we didn’t opt for meals at the hotel as there was plenty to do outside and we ate in the apartment a couple of times. The kitchens are well equipped from a gadget perspective, microwave, toaster, however I had to ask for a bread knife as there were just 4 table knives, I felt a bit weird walking around the hotel with a bread knife, the cutlery drawer was really lacking. Other that there’s nothing to complain about, my daughter slept on the sofa bed and was given a sponge topper. Given the time she got up each morning, I’d say she was comfortable! Lots of towels, regular cleaning and a nice (albeit very cold in October) pool

Baffled by all the great reviews as our experience was very different. Rooms seem to have been updated recently but everything has been done on the cheap. Our first night we were kept awake by the canvas picture on the wall banging due to an unknown breeze. Beds were comfy but no mattress covers, just a thin sheet. Sofa bed in the apartment is like a brick. Not even comfy to sit on. Air con effective and shower was good. Never an issue with hot water. Rooms were clean with daily maid service. There is the usual scramble for sunbeds as there are nowhere near enough to go round. Pool was a bit grotty in places. The hotel is not far from the beach, we also hired a car to visit other areas. Restaurant was a particular low point. It was like stepping back in time. Crispy paper table cloths and half the restaurant closed off most of the time. The staff were also quite scary, we witnessed one young male shout at a guest who had dared to ask if there were any more croissants. This was standard too, food often running out, no drinking water, no ketchup, tables not laid. Food was ok but random options meaning sometimes it was hard to make a meal with what was there. The AI ‘snacks’ are curly sandwiches and a sad selection of fruit by the pool bar. You can buy pizzas, burgers etc which are cooked fresh and were reasonably priced and generous portions. Entertainment was poor, although we preferred to go out of an evening so only saw bits of it in passing. Bar staff and reception staff were lovely and very helpful when needed. Overall, having read the reviews our expectations were high and we felt badly let down and disappointed with our choice. This was not a cheap holiday in £s but the hotel and experience did not feel like value for money.

Went on first week of October weather great hotel great. Rooms nice and clean staff very friendly food was lovely I like my food very hot so a microwave in the restaurant would be brilliant also only one choice of tap beer another one on tap would be nice Hotel perfect location short walk to beach and main strip. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back next year

Staff are amazing, can't do enough to help guests. Rooms spotless cleaned 5/7 days, beds really comfortable. Reception staff available 24/7 and very helpful. Food excellent, lots of variety and can't rate the restaurant and bar staff enough, all extremely friendly.
