We didn’t get the room I had booked, we were on our honeymoon and had single beds, I complained at reception and was told to push them together, when they finally found me a room it was small and next to the Lift it was an awful stay, I could go on and tell you more but what’s the point.

Overall all good. The thing that I would point out would be the actual state of some equiment that is quiet old and should be changed such as the curtains in the rooms etc.

The breakfast was very good with so much selection. The Hotel is near to the beach an there are cool events after dinner. We had great holidays

Property was perfect for relaxing vacation. It was clean, on the beach, and had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The food was excellent and varied. The staff worked endlessly hard and in the background to provide fresh towels, drinks, pool food, drinks and fresh towels. The pool was lovely, clean, and showers provided when coming off the beach.
The staff were superb (except for front desk). The entire place and staff deserve a 10/10. But the front desk staff were horrid. They made everything so difficult for us and everyone else we observed. They must have been trained to say "no" to everything. Examples -
1. They dumped us in a ground room for familys that was noisy and horrid. They said we could change in 2 days. Then kept lying to us and giving evey excuse possible that we couldn't change room which drove us to tears.
2. Ordering a taxi - they made it very unpleasant. Like we were asking a big favour.
3. They never had a smile for anyone. Were very unpleasant to talk to...unfriendly.
4. Room request to extend checkout was flatley refused. One women was allowed 15 mins only.
Of the front desk had been just passively unpleasant it would be one thing, but the were actively difficult to deal with...

Perfectly located right on the beach. The staff were great and the food selection was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Great Kids pool and playground. We went in September and they still had some kid’s entertainment. Quiet area but only a 15 minute bus ride to Alcudia port. So, it’s the perfect place to just chill either on your own or with a young family.

Outstanding. On the beach, nice pool, great food and staff. Highly recommended. Room with sea view was amazing, clean and quiet. Would stay again. Street parking was a little challenging but always found a space. When the skybar opens, Condesa will be even better !

The hotel has a lovely position on Playa de Muro / Alcudia beach. We had booked a Double room but this was 2 singles pushed together and the room was very small so we upgraded to a Suite. Much better! The staff are excellent and the cleaning was to a high standard overall. However, there are too few sunbeds around the pool area for the hotel's size and all squashed in with people still putting towels down at silly early times so that's not great. The promised rooftop terrace was not open for drinks although you can still take pictures etc.

shortest possible walking distance to the sea; friendly and helpful staff; really family friendly environment; entertaining daily shows; staff at bars deserve a separate 5 stars

My husband left his sunglasses during breakfast and somebody took them and never returned them (prescription glasses). Also, we had two reservations under the same last name and they put us on two different floors super far away from each other. When I asked to modify it, they won’t do it. Every time we asked for something was a problem, they made us put a $60 deposit for towels, they had only specific time to change the towels. Tried to contact them before the check in and they never pick up the phone. Really overpriced for all these problems and specially not safe for your things.
