Hotel Indigo Old Town Alexandria

Genel olarak bu konaklamaya 5 yıldız veriyorum. Ön büro personeli ÇOK kolay! Konumu epik! Şu anda covid 19 nedeniyle temizlik hizmeti olmamasına rağmen, ev sahipleri her gün oda tarafından istenen oda öğelerini (örneğin kahve tuvalet havluları) bırakmak için geldi. Sinek kuşu restoranı açık ve lezzetlidir. Notlar: Otelin hemen arkasındaki bir şehir güvertesinde, otel otoparkından önemli ölçüde daha az parayla park yeri mevcuttur. Otelin duvarları ÇOK incedir - Kelimenin tam anlamıyla komşuların telefon görüşmelerini dinleyebildiğim için listeledim (& ahem… diğer aktiviteler).

This is a great hotel in a great location. It was nice to step into a property that has it's own unique look and feel. The staff were amazing/awesome. The dining facilities are also great, with amazing ambience. I found the room to be quite comfortable - very clean and updated. I will be coming back again!

I was initially concerned when I called in and didn’t have the best experience with the reservations team. The staff onsite were really nice, the hotel was clean and the location was great! I’d go back to this hotel and I’d recommend it to a friend.

Hotel and hotel service is great! Parking service is terrible! Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. The valet parking attendant was by far the worst I’ve had in my life. Without greeting, he rudely (]with a tone) said we have to check in before bringing the car in the garage. He kicked us out of the garage. So I did so at front desk while my girlfriend drove circles around the block. Not a big deal so far, until we returned with our $30 paid parking ticket. The valet man then said we can’t park in there, because there is no room. But we just paid the front desk, right? We then mentioned that we paid “so can you please park our car?” The valet then tells us to “the hotel has nothing to do with this parking lot!” even though the entrance sign says Hotel Indigo. Other customers in the lot told us to go somewhere else because he was terrible and rude with them. So we drove around in the very busy neighborhood and found a $10 lot over half a mile away. We came back and explained to the front desk what happened and she kindly gave us a bottle of champagne and water and refunded our parking. She also offered discount breakfast AND her personal parking space! Wow. She really cared about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place, but park elsewhere!!!

Good accommodations and very friendly staff, but a little out of the way if you're there for business in Washington DC or National Harbor

The property itself was great - well located, relatively new. The hotel had courteous staff but seemed understaffed - check in wasn’t available for two hours after the designated time, the bar was overwhelmed on new years, and the gym had a few out of order machines and no equipment wipes.

We came for New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful trip. Each person at the front desk was helpful and kind. Would recommend as a great spot if visiting Old Town Alexandria. Very walkable too

Love staying here! Everyone is so friendly. Easy place to make a home away from home.
