Lack of basic amenities like water and hot water. Location is good. No food service. Rooms were clean. Ac was not working properly.

No food at hotel. Only lodge. Rooms are too compact. No hanger in cupboard. Beds are not clean. Only hotel images are good. Don't go on image while booking. It's not at all a resort

Overall average stay, rooms are small and cozy. Hardly any place left if you have two big trolley bags with you. There was balcony in the room which was of no use because there were lot of big red ants in balcony all over the area due to which we didn't opened the balcony door even once. The house boat or shikara ride point is nearby the hotel only that is the plus point. If the balcony area was clean then we could have got a nice backwaters view from the hotel. The management should take care of the cleanliness in the room. Towels provided were not upto the mark, very rough and old towel it seemed.

Have to carry luggage as road is narrow hotel staff doesnt help to carry luggage after checkout. Mosquito in lobby area. No hot water available if you are leaving early morning. Rooms are good neat and clean

Rooms are clean but no food plus road is very narrow we had to drag our suitcases to reach this hotel.

If you have tata nano car. U can access this hotel no other car can’t access this hotel with out assistance.

Room and hotel very nice. Delux room was very comfortable. Punnamada view point was near from the resort. Parking also available.
