Everything was great minus the pay to park. I was by myself and my hands were completely full while I was checking in. I saw the QR codes to scan to pay. I was just going to wait until I got up to my room and put my stuff done and then do the parking payment. Well, once I got to my room I didn’t know my license plate number. I wasn’t about to walk all the way back down, pay to park, walk out to my car and out the tag in my windshield…. It seems ridiculous to charge for parking in the suburbs. It’s also ridiculous to make you do a whole separate thing to pay for parking at check in when your hands are already full.

For my first visit I was very impressed. I travel the US everywhere every week and this property is awesome. Very comfortable stay and very nice staff. It’s very nice to walk to firebirds in the back for dinner. My home office is just around the corner so very convenient for me. I’ll defiantly stay there when I’m in town.

This hotel offers a unique experience but charges for parking and coffee in the lobby. My glass of wine in the bar was very pricey. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish coffee cups in the room.

The property was new, the staff was very professional and there was a consistent wellness theme that was invigorating.

Reservation went smoothly. I was hit by a $10/night parking fee for their property that wasn't in any lit I saw making the reservation. The internet connection was unstable at best. I kept getting kicked off and asked to reconnect through the hotel portal. There is no microwave in the room and had to go down to the lobby to reheat some leftovers, then had to ask around for some utensils which the front desk finally provided. The room door was extremely heavy/difficult to open as I have arthritis in my hands and then slams loudly behind. The hidden mini fridge barely kept the items inside cool let alone cold and no adjustment option. Overall the place was nice, well kept and neat. However I won't be staying there again.

Great customer service, large rooms, comfortable, and have chrome cast on the TVs so makes watching your favorite shows easy. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the customer service. This is definitely a hotel I’ll be stopping by again when I’m in town.

Didn't know there is a daily parking fee $10. There is only one place to use microwave which is in the dinning area. Wish to have microwave in each room.
Elevator can take a long time.
Location is great. Close to gas station and Wholefoods.

Everything about this hotel was great! It was priced great, clean, fabulous location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
