Room was good beds seemed smaller than a Double. The Location around was very dirty . Had someone Break into my room from the Conjoining room . the Facilities was nice and Clean Check in and Check out was not so great.

This was a last minute over night stay. Stephanie was great checking me in! The hotel was great. Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable and had clean sheets and covers. Cookies were amazing. would definitely stay again.

The staff at this property were first class. it is a slightly older property, but it is well maintained.

Very unprofessional and dirty. They have faulty electrical equipment that staff knows about, so they do a quick fix to get microwave on 1st floor working. I was told by staff it’s been like that for a while. The only good thing is location is convenient.

The Hotel was convenient to the tollway and was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the bar and our room and had a nice experience.

The room appeared clean however the bathroom needed attention...trash under the sink and hair in the shower...kinda gross.

Nice lobby area , but rooms building had a weird smell throughout. The room was clean. But the weird smell persists.

There was a festive atmosphere on the property during the evening both nights I stayed. I loved the pumpkin carving competition between departments
My 1st room 414 had been neglected for sometime based on the sheer curtains at the window. The hem had came apart and was dangling below the rest of the curtains. There was old mold on the curtains, wall & window. The room had an unpleasant odor that became very apparent when I switched to another room. The window was so wet I thought it had rained inside the window. The floor was wet by the window and there was a beer bottle cap underneath the bed closest to the window. The other bed had candy that was not cleaned up before the room was given to me. Also the pull pin for the shower came off in my while I was trying to take a shower.
The management was alerted to situation and offered to move me to another room. The least they could have offered a discount on breakfast.
